Great communication, prices and service, what's not to like.

I decided to get an extra battery to extend my range, but I couldn’t find the connector in the online store. I messaged , and was told that if I order the battery and add a note re the connector, they would add it free of charge. Big tick number 1

Fabulous experience from start ti finish. This is the second chair I've purchased. I recieved a full explanation of options to choose from based on my needs from friendly knowledgeable staff.
As I needed a urgent replacement I ordered over the phone and they arranged a next morning delivery so I could attend an event at lunchtime. Chair came set up and ready to go.
Chair is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier.

I can highly recommend Lith-Tech Mobility. Excellent quality product. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable staff. And an excellent driving lesson outside on the road and pavements. I am so happy with my purchase and the benefit of the lesson has made such a difference. Some places let you out in the car park but there are no curbs or sloping pavements. Here at Farnham I was taught all scenarios. I used my chair at the shopping mall for the first time this week and the first shop i went into I was an approached by a gentleman who was looking for a chair for his sister. He loved the look the quality and we chatted for ages. He took a photo of the chair so he had the name and I am sure he will be contacting Lith-Tech very soon.

I wanted a well built power wheelchair, my mind told me it must be built in the uk, spent a lot of time hunting on the web and found Lith-Tech with all the u tube videos, after a chat with Toby I placed order and received it the next day.
When I placed tel order Toby went through my disabled problems and adapted chair to suit my requirements. what a great service

Great aftercare service. Even years after purchase, I had a query and email was answered and solved my query very quickly.

This was just for a small spare part, which they promptly had delivered by courier. It is worth noting that my Lith-Tech wheelchair is an older model Carbon Edition which I did not purchase from Lith-Tech directly. However, they immediately understood the issue, and provided some additional advice relating to my model of wheelchair. Only minor grumble was the slightly confusing online payment method.

I recently purchased my third chair from Lith-tech; the Compact+ model,

This is a great piece of kit with a tiny turning circle and more comfort and speed than the original Compact model.

It copes very well with small kerbs and uneven pavements without being much heavier than the original Compact.
The manoeuvrability is excellent in and around shops, restaurants and hotels plus it’s small enough to be easily popped into a car or taxi boot.

Between the Compact+ and my SmartChair X I can tackle a huge range of surfaces.

PS- I damaged my original Compact and the guys at Lith-tech sourced spares very quickly and that’s now back to full health as an emergency spare.
I’d also highly recommend a Lith-Tech maintenance kit - everything you need to maintain (or dismantle for repairs) in one bag!!

Extraordinary wheelchair..!!
I waited for 2 yrs hesitant to buy from such a small company but I shouldn’t have worried; from the moment I was greeted by both Paul and Toby, the try out around local streets of the chair, with excellent instructions, to the actual sale of the chair they listened intently to what I required and could not have been more helpful.
I would buy from them again in an instant, and would recommend anyone else that is considering such a purchase to do the same.

Their business model involves investing time in ensuring you buy the right product for your own personal requirements.
Not a brief "walk round" an outlet display model, and at best use in a challengeless car park, but after the recommendation a real out in the typical user environment hands on, or bum on trial.
That indeed has a value as there is the potential for a costly mis-purchase, as it significantly reduces that risk.
Early days but time will tell, though confidence is high.

Once inside the company everything was as good as you might expect, friendly knowledgeable staff, good explanation of the differences between various models, reasoned recommendation as to the best chair for me, proper answers to all my questions etc. The chair has since performed well, no complaints at all, it is obviously well made and hopefully will last for years. My only negative comment is that the company wasn't prepared to travel to Cambridge so I had to drive to Farnham.

Great customer service. Ordered on Wdnesday before Easter, so were not expecting nexy day delivery.Replacement arm pads dispatched the same afternoon we ordered. The next day the delivery company sent us a message to say they had the package would be delivering that day. The, rather diappointingly, the courier sent another email later the same day to say the pacakge would be delivered on Tuesday after the long Easter weekend. Raised hopes dashed, but Not Lith Tech's fault

I'm writing this to help others who might be struggling with the choice of chairs. I bought a chair from Etech mobility as it seemed a similar spec to the SC X for a fair bit less money. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment and the comparison between that the the Lith-tech SC X is night and Day. The build quality, capability and power are far superior in the Lith-tech. It's battery life and power are second to none. The battery life on the Lith-tech will last more than a day where as the Etech died on me Mid afternoon. If freedom and reliability are important then Lith-tech is the best choice for a folding chair. Don't be fooled by cheap imitations.
