I guess this is why this is an unclaimed company because they don’t want people actually look them up to find all of these negative reviews. This company cannot be trusted. You buy less than superior products from them that break within the first couple of uses and they will not speak with you about replacing or helping you fix the problem. My product I bought from them, which was a battery operated paint system has never worked since day one and they will not even respond back to Help. Help me try to fix it.

Impossible to buy parts for U20 strimmer. Can’t even buy plastic blades. Always sold out. They use a size that is only for their products. Nothing but hassle. Don’t go near their products!!!!!!!!

Wollte Ersatzteile bestellen, weil der Akkurasenmäher von Litheli kaputtgegangen ist.
ACHTUNG!! – Bei Litheli gibt’s keine Ersatzteile.
Wenn Produkte von Liheli leider kaputtgehen, dann gleich wegschmeißen (entsorgen).

The lithelli mower is somewhat ok.mows decent,but after one season the batteries died. Customer support died as well, I asked for 4 new batteries under warranty, they sent 3 and went instantly quiet.

I've purchased several of litheli tools and have had zero problems with either the tools or their batteries. On one of my orders, the brushless drill, the charging cord was not in the box that the battery comes in. I contacted litheli and they immediately sent me a charging cord. I didn't really need the cord, I just wanted to see if they would respond and they did.

I tried contacting Litheli's customer service and no one ever answered. I left a message requesting someone call me over a week ago and no one has called me.

Stay away from this scam don't buy they shite products with scam guarantee.

Glad I bought through Amazon and manage to get money back after few weeks.

No answer from them since received the return and signed it scammers avoid!!!!!

I love I don't need gas,and no pull start. Keep it charged and go. Just store it in the shed to keep moisture out

UPDATE on the report below…. I kept hounding them, refusing to accept no for an answer and threatening to complain to Govt. After weeks of back and forth on email they agreed to take it back but wanted me to pay to ship it to US. Pushed back in that too because it was a quality issue (did not work as advertised) and they finally agreed to send a prepaid label and refund full. It was painful and long but in the end they did the right thing

RETURN POLICY HAS FINE PRINT THAT SAYS SALES ARE FINAL. Bought eWagon W2 Pro, Advertised as having "All-Terrain Off-Road Wheels". Says "this cart glides over sand, dirt, or pavement.." DOES NOT work on sand. Wheels just spin and dig in. Didn't get 10 feet from start. Requested refund for non-performance. Paid $475 on sale. Litheli's response "Sorry, no refund on sale products. We can offer you $30." BEWARE, all their products are almost always "on sale". The "RETURNS" section of website does not mention this. You have to scroll down past "REFUNDS" past "LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS" past "ORDER CANCELLATION" to "SALE ITEMS". Under this is says no refund on sale items. Return Policy is B.S.

Ganz schlechter Service, ganz schlechte Qualität! Rasenmäher wird nicht komplett geliefert. Ich warte nach einer Woche auf ein Ersatzteil. Täglich wird eine Mail beantwortet und Gegenfragen gestellt. Kauft lieber Markengeräte und keinen China-Mist!! Temu lässt grüßen!!

I have five 40 volt Litheli tools. 2 chain saws - 2 pole saws and a grass trimmer. I have had problems with all five. The chain saws have a very short life. Now one chain saw doesn't work. The pole saws work intermittently. Now after using the grass trimmer, the spools that came with the grass trimmer are defective because a weak springs. Now they say they have discontinued making the spools and there are no aftermarket spools available. Because of the weak spring AFTER PUTTING NEW LINE in the spool, the first time you turn it on it ALL SHOOTS OUT. I HAVE A $175 GRASS TRIMMER THAT IS TOTALLY USELESS. DON'T BUY ANY THING FROM LITHELI.

Ich habe den Hochentaster bestellt. Das Gerät macht einen sehr guten und wertigen Eindruck. Die Montage und Bedienung ist sehr einfach, obwohl leider die Betriebsanleitung gefehlt hat. Die scheint bei DPD verloren gegangen zu sein. Der Karton war "nachverpackt".
Die Sägeleistung ist hervorragend. Die Akkulaufzeit des 2Ah Akkus wird bestimmt nicht sehr lang sein, aber für die Arbeiten, die ich bisher gemacht hebe, war sie ausreichend. Einen zweiten Akku werde ich aber noch bestellen.

Tja, die ganzen "Angepissten" hier, die ihre 1€ Akkus nicht geliefert bekommen haben, um diese bei eBay Kleinanzeigen mit Gewinn weiterzuverkaufen...
Das sind bestimmt viele von diesen 1 Sterne Bewertungen.

ich selber habe auch diese Akkus aus dem Angebot bestellt, aber eben zusammen mit Rasenmäher und weiteren Artikeln. Ich habe die Ware bekommen, obwohl ich sogar mehr als 1 Akku aus dem Deal bestellt habe.

Lieferung per DPD schnell und unkompliziert, habe jetzt 2 Geräte und insgesamt 10 Akku (4 davon aus dem Deal).

SUPER! So günstig kommt man bei den anderen Herstellern nicht an Ersatzakkus!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit litheli.com. Ich hatte eine Bestellung aufgegeben und erhielt überraschend eine E-Mail mit der Information, dass diese “auf meinen Wunsch hin” storniert worden sei – obwohl ich nie eine Stornierung beantragt habe.

Order completed, paid for and then canceled.

Manufacturer lies, says it was at my request.

But I did not cancel the item.

Erst werden Kunden mit einem Lockangebot geködert, ihre Daten herzugeben, nur um einen Tag später dann zu stornieren (angeblich habe man selbst um die Stornierung gebeten,was nicht der Fall ist). Powerbank nicht erhalten, Spam natürlich schon. ☹️

Akku bestellt. Diese wurde einfach storniert, angeblich auf meinen Wunsch. Aufpassen Datenklau!!! Es wird keine Wahre versendet nur Daten abgegriffen.

Bekam Stornierung ohne Grund, wird wohl das letzte mal gewesen sein dass ich dort kaufe.... Nicht zu empfehlen....
