A great idea and concept to make litter…
A great idea and concept to make litter picking or throwing rubbish away fun with an incentive, I run a litterpicking group that is comprised of over 570 members who we actively encourage to use this app and although we have not won anything yet we feel this is a great way to get people thinking and involved. Those that are complaining about winnings or monetary side of things are obviously taking part for all the wrong reasons, it costs nothing to use the app nor cost a penny to throw litter away. This is just a bonus incentive and a good one at that! well done and keep up the great work!

Update. Unfortunately, there has been no movement and the promise to chase my prize and come back to me has been broken so I’ll delete the app and not bother with it anymore. I can’t recommend this.
I won a spot prize at the beginning of Feb but the Litter Lotto team (Simon) contacted me to say there was a problem with the payments team and he would look into why my prize had not been been paid. I have contacted the team on multiple occasions to chase but they are now not even reading my messages. It’s a shame because I was inspired by the app. They don’t seem to want to get to the bottom of the problem and in the end just seem to ignore issues, if they’re not easily rectified. It was too good to be true, I’m afraid.

It seems we're chatting across the span of internet at the moment. Again, let me apologise for both the lack of payment and the disappointment this has obviously caused.
The idea that we inspired you and have now not managed to keep up that inspired feeling is honestly really upsetting to myself and the team.
It may not provide any solace to you in this matter, but I can assure you that we make thousands of successful payments each month to our users. Sadly, there is the occasional hiccup and subsequently a missed payment.
As for ignoring issues, again I'm really sorry that you feel this way, I want to assure you that this is not our intention! Occasionally, with the flow of messages and emails we receive some do get missed and unfortunately it seems on this occasion with missed the mark with you twice here.
I've since 're-highlighted' your payment issue with our payment team and I'm confident we'll have this resolved swiftly.

Appen virker ganske enkelt ikke. Har prøvet at oprette mig flere gange. Får at vide at min mail ikke virker. Det har den ellers gjort i årtier alle andre steder. 🤨🤔
Så tænker jeg har brugt tid nok på denne 💥💣😠👎👨👨👦👦⚰️ app. Hovedideen er vel at lokke oplysninger, ud af en, også tæppe bombe en med telefonsælgere?

Hej Benjamin, fra vores optegnelser kan jeg se, at der var et problem med de bankoplysninger, du har givet os, hvilket gjorde, at betalingen tog længere tid, som jeg tror, min kollega har informeret dig om. Så vidt jeg kan se, er dette problem nu løst. hvis du har flere problemer, så lad os det vide.
En god app hvor jeg får et lod hver…
En god app hvor jeg får et lod hver gang jeg fjerner noget affald fra naturen og tager et billede af det ved en skraldespand. Motion og lodder på een gang.
Jeg har også været heldig at vinde en delpræmie og beløbet kom ind på min konto.
De svarer hurtigt på spørgsmål. Så der er rigtige mennesker bag konceptet.
Ingen problemer med at få app på mobilen som fungere perfekt.
