I use this amazing book in my mindfulness for children sessions. They love the monsters and helps them connect with their shared emotions in a fun way. Great book.

It's a very well laid out, easy to understand and colourful book for young ones to read and for parents to read with their children to understand about their feelings and emotions. It is great book for both parents and children to know that it is okay to feel whatever feelings are coming up. All emotions are welcome. I will definitely recomment it to my parent clients.

My 2 year and a half year old daughter really enjoys reading this book and after a couple of times going through it you can really start to notice she is starting to understand what different emotions are. It’s not something you would talk about in normal life so such a great idea to put it into a book which makes it fun to learn about!

My son 2 year old loves his it’s okay book. He loves looking at all the pictures at the moment, they are so bright and eye catching for young children.
I love reading the book to him so that he knows it’s okay to be feeling these emotions from a young age.

This is a great resource. As a social worker and a mental health practitioner I find these resources fun and simple in teaching SEL. Children do not know how to name their emotions and often they are projected as sadness or anger. This resource would be very helpful for children to support them in identifying the range of emotions and ways to become aware of them! Thank you Chris :)
