Bought as a gift so don’t know the recipient’s thoughts on the penguin yet,
But my order was dealt efficiently, the penguin itself is lovely and excellent quality,only disappointment for me was that he’s feet vary slightly in colour

Thanks for the kind words Kath. The DCUK models are hand carved and painted, and so that's why we advertise them as often having unique features. It's usually part of the charm, along with their unique name :-). They come pre-wrapped by DCUK, but of course if there's any defect we can look to replace.
