Little Shop of Horrors Avis 

I ordered an egift voucher on Monday. When it hadn't arrived by Tuesday afternoon I emailed them and was told they had seen the order, didn't know why it hadn't been fulfilled and would sort it in the morning. They didn't. Have requested a refund

Plant arrived on time and in good condition. Ordering process was easy although there were many items out of stock
Price was competitive. Delivery charges are all high but it was efficient and well packaged.

After caring for and learning about VFT for a couple of months , bought from my local garden centre, I thought I would branch out and buy a pack of six assorted Sundews from LSoH. Was very dubious about plants being delivered via a courier. However , they were expertly packaged ! Took 20 careful mins to unpack them and get them into their new forever home. All extremely moist still , so more than enough water to get them thru the 300 mile journey to Kent . Even managed to cut up some of the packaging to use as water trays . This morning they look happy and healthy and raring to go ! Well done guys, first class service , see you again 👍🏻🩷

Decided to buy on a whim and bought a collection, prompt delivery, securely packaged, excellect conditionand a decent size. Plants as described and pictured, now in a windowsill. One thing, my 2 cats checked the plants out and now avoid them. I can only assume that perhaps they caught their whiskers on the venus fly trap and got a mild shock. I may buy some more plants as gifts.

Quick delivery and good quality products from here plus it came with information on how to keep the plant alive and received more information by email especially making sure you buy the right compost as different plants require different compost which I bought at the same time as ordering the plant.excelent service from ordering to delivery I would buy from here again.

The quality of the plants is fantastic, deserves 5*!
But communication poor, hence only the 3*s.
Package arrived and on opening the terrarium and associated plants were missing. I had to contact them for answers only to be told no stock.
This was frustrating as that was ordered as a gift ☹️
Refund was issued promptly so will perhaps use them again.

Despite originally sending me only one of two plants ordered, you very quickly responded and sent the second. Thankyou!

Great plants. The shop, though, didn't respond to emailed question last year....but I still like their plant and sundry offerings.

Just received two very healthy well packaged plants, a Cape sundew and a prickly pear cactus, I would highly recommend the little shop of horrors and will definitely be purchasing more plants in the near future. Many thanks 😊🌵
