Very good experience! Ordered a steampunk shelf for my study and it is perfect, the item had to be customised to fit the space but wasn't an issue for the guys!

Bought several items from this workshop amd cant recommend enough, they are often busy but happy to wait as the items are actually handmade!

I had an overall good experience with this company. The order took quite some time to be shipped, but it was a big shelves that I ordered. Unfortunately, it got held up at the EU customs, where I needed to pay quite some extra money for it to be released, that would have been nice to be informed about beforehand to calculate better. Otherwise it was excellently packed and the quality is great, I love the pieces I have at home. Will order from again again despite the issues described above.

Stay clear of this company. I ordered a custom designed toilet roll holder from them, it arrived not long after and I was very happy with the product. So I wanted a second one and placed an order but in the email (they asked me to send), I indicated I would be away on holiday so could they not send it until I return.

No reply. I followed up several times with emails, used their website contact form and tried calling. Nothing.

This morning, I had an email with a refund - no explanation, just an automatic online shop generated message.

So I commented on their most recent Facebook post as follows:

“Are you still in business? I've messaged your email / contact form several times about an order and have not received a reply.”

Initially they replied, curtly:
“ Your order has been cancelled and refunded. Please check your emails.”

I wanted a proper explanation given how much time and effort I had expended:

“ Yes, but I want to know WHY it was cancelled in the first place? Your reply here is the first time someone has actually made the effort to get in touch. I placed the order over a month ago - mainly because I liked the first item I ordered so much and wanted a second one. In my order I stated I would be away so preferred to have it shipped after I returned.
I'm just extremely frustrated at the lack of communication from your end on what should have been a very simple process - like it was the first time.
Can you please explain? I really liked the item you sent.

I didn't get one...they blocked me - good thing I took a screenshot first. They also deleted my comments on their post.

That’s not how you treat customers and it seems it’s not the first time they’ve done this given the other reviews two years ago.

Stay clear. There are other local businesses that produce the same sort of products.

The Shelf I ordered looked awesome but it was damaged. Tried to reach out several times via messenger and email but didn't get any response for more than a month. I left a rating on Facebook, saying that I am disappointed that I didn't get a response to my damaged shelf. Instead of reaching out they blocked me on Facebook and Instagram. That's not how you're supposed to treat your customers.
