Livarose Avis 94

I saw this company on Facebook and the clothes looked really pretty. I had never heard of them before and of course it didn't say anything about coming from China. Luckily I only ordered one dress,which incidentally has still not arrived after 7 weeks and of course for which the money was taken immediately. I have emailed several times to complain but all I get is 'order is in transit please wait'. I am sick of waiting and after reading all these reviews I am now expecting a parcel of rubbish to arrive, if it ever does. Like many on here I wish I had read the reviews first. Facebook should stop letting this company advertise their rubbish.It is obviously all cheap and nasty. As for giving it any star rating it should also have a minus star category but you cannot comment until you give it something, should be more like minus 100 stars

It took weeks to arrive nearly two months.
Poor quality very thin material sizing a joke waste of money avoid similar clothing adverts I think they trade under different names.

Awful products that bare no resemblance to the photo's. Very poor quality materials and very poor customer service. The cost to return to China is more than the goods are worth and that's what they depend upon. Don't touch their stuff!

Awful experience. The clothes are absolutely nothing like how they are advertised, cheap, horrible materials unfit to wear. They took about 8 weeks to come, could not get any satisfactory response when emailing my concerns. I haven't got the mental energy to fight for refunds - they're going to the charity shop. What a waste of money!

Stay away from this company. Poor customer service. No clear refund policy. Placed an order on 29th April. Nothing. Their tracking systems says it has been delivered. No. I have been in my house for 3 months solid and I have not received a thing that I didn't know about.

Order finally arrived . Dreadful quality ,awful fit. The dresses looked like rags. The size small would fit a size 18. I would never order from Livarose again .

Do not buy from this company. The clothes are not as described, the quality is terrible, the customer service is appalling and it is almost impossible to get all your money back because they insist that you pay the return postage even when they have sent you the wrong item.

Worst experience of online shopping I have ever had.Weeks to deliver one item at a time.Poor quality Bad sizing. Impossible to cancel or return .Charity shops will be full of Livarose when they re-open.

Like all the other reviews written here I have experienced every single one of them. I am playing ping-pong with emails trying to get a refund on clothes I can only use as dishcloths. Nothing whatsoever like the images shown it looks like one size fits all even though I ordered a small they arrive looking like a tent. The colours are different the quality is poor and damaged. They try to offer you varying amounts of discount so that you can take them to a Taylor to be altered! What an absolute farce. I would normally look at reviews but stupidly didn’t on this occasion so I may need to take it on the chin. If you do happen to be reading my review then steer clear AVOID AVOID AVOID

Cheap rubbish. Wrong colour sent. They will not accept their error and expect me to pay for the return. Offered a discount. Never buy from these people. Appalling customer service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
It's a scam. Waiting 6 weeks now & not received my goods. I have given up on ever getting them now. Thankfully it wasn't a very expensive order but its very disappointing to be let down like that.
My advice, STAY CLEAR😡

Only rated this a 1 star because I had to, to be able to write the review, otherwise it would be no stars at all! Absolutely appalling company, orders arrive from different countries and some items have still not arrived since ordering in April. As previous reviews, it took me 10 days to get a returns label and then you can only return the parcels individually as they arrived so it pretty much costs you what you paid for the extremely low quality goods to return them back to China! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! save your money and buy from a company you know. I'm still trying to send more items back but they try to bribe with a 15%, then 25%, then 40% refund to keep your items and use the money to get them altered so they fit you! On that note, when I tracked my order I noticed the items all said Plus Size yet that is not what I ordered! I'm a size 10 and ordered small in all items and they were all too big and too long to wear! What a waste of my time and money 😡

Absolutely rubbish. Nothing like the advert. Like someone else read, wish I'd looked here first. Lesson learnt. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It took months to receive my order. After loads of emails to the company and very few emails back with useless Information and tracking sites that don’t work. The order arrived it was nowhere near correct, poor sizing such poor quality Completely not at all like the pictures. I’m a 14 I ordered XL wide leg loose Summer trouser. They are so small my daughter who’s a Size 8-10 can’t fit in them. So shoddily made too. The refund policy means you send the stuff back but I’m I not confident they will refund. Please don’t be fooled like me I’m £60 down and have rubbish to show for it. Don’t be fooled, THE PHOTOS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE REAL THING. NOTHING.

Not a happy customer I have been a week trying to return goods that I ordered and there is no link or contact for these people. You have 14 days to return the goods 7 are already up

Really wish I had looked this company up on here before purchasing. Like all the other unfortunate people before me, I parted with my money thinking that if I didn’t like the item I would be returning it to an address in the UK. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Item turned up very late, looks absolutely nothing like the image on the website and is made from a horrifically cheap and nasty fabric. Most I’ve been offered is a 35% refund as then I can ‘use the fabric to make something else’. It’s not even fit to line my bin. I refuse to pay anymore money to return it to China and I’m still battling to get a higher percentage refund but am not counting on ever seeing that money again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IT’S A SCAM. One star is way too much but I couldn’t score it 0 on here.

Absolute scam. Items not as the description , shocking quality. They don’t sent the whole order and then To get your money back For the rubbish they send you have to pay to return to China !! And they still don’t refund you try and bribe you by saying keep the order and they will refund 40%. They should not be able to operate...
May as well have flushed the money down the drain

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM TRADING IN THE UK!!! COMPLETE SCAM - I would not put any stars if there was an option. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I was COMPLETELY CONNED BY THE PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS. I spent over £80 and had no idea it was from CHINA until I had committed to buy. I immediately went to Paypal to cancel the transaction but the payment had gone through, so no recall. I even emailed the company within minutes, to cancel but they did not respond. The items took forever to arrive and when they did, I WAS HORRIFIED - the quality was appalling, described as LINEN but some cheap shiny polyester type fabric.CHEAP and NASTY would be a generous statement. The sizes were not accurate and even the colours not correct on some items. I now have clothes that I cannot wear and would not wear; infact I would not even give them away as it would be too embarassing !!, if I return them I need to pay postage to CHINA - PLUS - Any shipping charges for the returned item(s) are the client's responsibility, as well as all applicable customs duties, and fees, taxes.
THIS IS A SCAM - PLEASE DO NOT JUST GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, as you will get NOTHING WORTHWHILE in return.
