This company is a scam

This company is a scam. These other 5 star reviews are fake. Company took a deposit, never implemented and now we have no replies. Nothing. Just disappeared with money.

Waste if time

Waste if time. Will set up some stuff and then never launch it. They will even lie to you and say they launched it. Worst customer service. Highly recommend hiring regular appointment setter or finding a different company.

Strong Outbound Performance After Iteration and Optimization

We tested LiveHuman AI as part of our outbound calling initiative. Initial setup required some iteration changes for the a/b testing but once dialed in, the system performed better than our internal process for outbound calling.

The team was responsive throughout the process, adjusted scripts and call logic based on feedback, and treated this as an ongoing optimization rather than a one-time install. Overall, it was a collaborative process focused on improving results rather than quick promises.

Helped Us Hit Pipeline Goals in Month One

I'm one of the least technical people on our marketing team, so I was skeptical about Voice AI at first. What stood out with LiveHuman wasn't just technical, but how clearly the explained segmentation and outreach cadence in a way we could actually execute.

We are still pushing our our Q1 outbound efforts, and compared to last year, we already hit our pipeline goals within the first month. The project management team continues to test and roll out new strategies that help us connect with prospects more effectively, rather than just increasing volume for the sake of it.

If you're running outbound and want a more strategic approach instead of guesswork, LiveHuman has been a strong partner for us.

A very expensive lesson

I signed up with LiveHuman.ai in late October after being promised a fully working AI calling and messaging system. I paid a large setup fee $5,883.45 and was told everything would be built and running.

More than two months later, the system was still not properly functioning, most of what was promised was never delivered, and I kept getting delays, excuses, and the icing on the cake... requests for MORE money.

Once payment was taken, communication dropped and accountability disappeared. I never received what was sold to me, and I have nothing to show for a significant investment.

The owner of the company Santos Gonzalez refuses to respond to communication about this issue.

I would not recommend using livehuman.ai

If you’re considering this company, be extremely careful. Based on my experience, it was a costly and frustrating mistake.

They gave promises and took the money…

They gave promises and took the money and no results or call backs. Promised leads then asked for our data. We provided it and nothing. Wasted 3 months of our time and no refund, no results. Not 1 appointment. Its a total scam and fraud. The owner says there is a process to get money back and 48hrs then they ghost you. Id give it a negative score if I could. Horrible. Didnt even know what we were looking for after multiple set up meetings.

I paid for HumanAI’s SDR AI service on…

I paid for HumanAI’s SDR AI service on November 5th after being shown a demo that appeared production-ready and was told delivery would take ~10 days.

Nearly two months later, I still do not have:

The product that was demoed

Access to the promised dashboard

Any functioning email, SMS, or voice SDR pipelines

Clear visibility into workflows, models, or lead handling

An explanation for why the delivered model quality is dramatically worse than what was shown

More concerning than the delays is the lack of communication. Multiple follow-ups outlining specific gaps and asking for clarity have gone unanswered.

At this point, I still don’t have a clear understanding of what I actually paid for, and the experience does not align with how the service was represented during the sales process.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience unless delivery timelines, transparency, and communication significantly improve.
