Previously was asked by the company to remove my review. Putting it back up. After tons of back and forth with little response. I finally got a great customer service rep who walked me through the process. They promised my sofa within a week. Two weeks passed and I finally receive the shipping details. The sofa has just arrived and after all of that and their claimed quality control, the sofa has been delivered incorrectly. It was meant to be in a linen fabric but has been dropped off in what they are claiming is velvet but is in fact a cheap microsuede. I'll be returning it and getting a full refund.

They are now claiming that the asked me to remove my review after a refund had been granted. This is actually inaccurate. They asked me to remove my review before they had even delivered the sofa that expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of communication around the progress of it. They cannot even keep tabs on their customer conversations. They did not follow up once on their own volition following my refund request.

They have processed my refund and waived the restocking fee after a few follow up emails. That was the only silver lining in the entire process.

We were part of the suez canal debacle, 6 months after ordering our sofa it finally arrived.

Well.... some of it did, two out of three sections arrived, no sign of the third. Then the slow realisation started to set in, 'it looks smaller than it should be', 'the number of seats is different from the picture on the website', 'the number of leg supports is different too', 'the stitching is bendier than a Cornwall B road', 'the cushions are not flat and have ridges in them', 'the material is loose and saggy on the seat'

These were all thoughts running through my mind as I looked at this thing that was supposedly a sofa.

Quality issues aside the fact that the dimensions of the sofa do not match what is on the website is an epic disaster on their part. I wonder if it ever occurred to anyone at Live Lusso that the size and dimensions of furniture is quite an important aspect of their business.

Bombarding them with emails does not seem to work, calling their 'busy' phone line gets you through to no one. I'm chasing every day to get my money back. I think its time to get the credit card company involved and do a chargeback. :-(

Exceptional customer service, Travis was really welcoming, friendly and super helpful, he advised me on all the different fabrics available without making me feeling pressured to make a purchase, and then he took the time to discuss my options so that I could make the right decision on which sofa to purchase, he was also very informative and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything. Thank you so much!

From entering the website and being greeted on livechat, to receiving the swatches along with the tea bags! We felt we were being looked after by a plush hotel! This really was a unique experience of buying a sofa online.

We got updates on whatsapp about our order, Sofia was prompt in replying, and their overall knowledge of designs, and their suitability for each person and their room esp when it comes to styling a sofa to match a rooms décor was second to none!

Emma from the styling department really helped in this regard, she researched exactly which look we were going for and spent a day or so to research everything, the theme, colours, and even down to the fact that we had a south facing garden and the sunlight was going to come through that window! Talk about attention to detail. I’ve already told 3 of my besties, and my mother in law is also eyeing up an order

I’d much rather she order her own than come around everyday to enjoy ours

Can't comment on the sofas as I have ordered elsewhere. But the company was very fast to deliver swatches of their materials that I was interested in initially, and followed up to make sure that I had received them, which was nice.

Top notch service from Harry, was pleasant to deal with and gave us a good variety of options to choose from. Was kept upto date about our order through out and was pleased to see it arrive 10 days earlier than advertised as we really needed it on time due to having a bday party organised shortly after. I had already bought a sofa about 6 months ago and needed another one to match it so contacted live chat and spoke to Sophia who I dealt with on my first time round, and she did a great job of finding me something to go with my existing sofa and even sweetened the deal by giving me 10% off as a vip customer.

All in all a great result and first class service from Sophia

Sofa is absolutely amazing and I cant complain on that front. The velvet material is really really luxurious and has a high rub count too which is a bonus. My only issue was with the delivery guys. They communicated everything, and came on time, however one of them had dirt under his trainers and has left a slight stain on our cream carpets in the landing.

So I have emailed Tom from livelusso and am awaiting a response. Livelusso were very kind and prompt throughout the whole process and im sure will get back to me quite soon on a resolution.

Do not buy from this company!
I ordered a sofa in November 2023 and have still not received it, it is now June 2024!
Communication is appalling and I worry I have been scammed and have just lost £1100!!
Please take note of other reviews and avoid this company.

I ordered a sofa after receiving the swatches, and was glad that I did. Sometimes the colours on the screen depending on which screen I was using to view the product seemed slightly different. Probably due to my screen resolution being different on my pc to my iphone.

So once I got the swatches in my hand, it was very easy to select from their generous range of materials and shades. Will be back for a matching armchair soon.

The chaise was slightly bigger than I thought. It is exactly as described in the dimensions section, but when it came I was thinking its more of a 5 seater than 4 lol. I think they are a little generous when labelling how many seater each sofa is, but all in all a good solid sofa, delivery was 3 days late but that was due to panther delivery company and their delivery guys going to the wrong address on 1st attempt.

Easy to order, they have all the relevant info online, received swatches within 2 days and got some free tea bags inside too! They really do go above and beyond

After reading the negative reviews before posting mine, I can honestly say I feel like I’m the one who pulled off the scam. A 3 seater sofa for £1200 with free delivery. Daylight robbery

I was a little nervous ordering this item, as there were quite a few negative reviews. But i am so glad i did! The order arrived 1 week before the estimated date. The courier was very quick after the confirmation from livelusso that the item was ready and had been dispatched. The sofa is lovely. Just perfect and just as I imagined it would fit in the space. Bravo

For the price, I wasn’t expecting such as sturdy and well made sofa. Seems I was wrong. However the delivery guys could have been better. They left the packaging and rushed to move onto their next job. They did assembly the sofa, but misses wasn’t too happy about the packaging being left behind. Overall 4 stars, but if the packaging was taken away would’ve easily given 5.

I ordered 2 sofas from Live Lusso on December 11th 2023 with an estimated delivery time of 8-10 weeks. It is now almost 6 months later and I am still waiting for my sofas. I have been not only told but reassured on several occasions that they will arrive soon and am promised dates and then there is always further "unexpected delays". The latest update was two weeks ago when I was told the sofas will arrive in the UK on 27th May (yesterday) and that my delivery had been added as the top priority on the list and will be done promptly. You can't get through to a team member on the number provided so I have left countless voicemails requesting a call back which have never been returned, I've lost count on the amount of emails I've had to send, the team are slow replying and when they do reply - not fulfilling. I was offered a temporary sofa which was also delayed, delivery of this was attempted by two young boys from a courier service called Panther, they had clearly very little experience in sofa delivery - far cry from the "white glove delivery service" that LiveLusso advertise. The sofa would not fit and was only two weeks before my actual sofas were due to arrive so it was left at that, again a total disappointment.

For all the inconvenience - I was given a 15% refund on sofas which is really not a reflective gesture given stress and constant chasing I have been subjected to. I had to at one point purchase a temporary sofa and then sell it when my sofas had been promised to arrive- only to have ANOTHER DELAY.

A truly deplorable experience. I completely regret using LiveLusso and would not recommend to anyone. It has completely tainted my move into my new home with my family.

We finally managed to decide on a colour and style of sofa - the sales process was easy and effortless; with multiple payment options offered throughout. We had a very enjoyable buying experience overall and would go back to Sofia specifically if looking to buy a further product.
