Poor customer service
Order made and paid 01/06/26 with additional fee for RFD to RFD transfer. After 16days, item was still not delivered.
After contacting staff, it transpires that delivery team made error, putting item for store collection instead RFD delivery which was what was purchased. No urgency in posting after issue highlighted and no compensation as gesture of good will offered due to inconvenience caused. Unfortunately my customer experience was poor and won't use their services again. Other better options out there. Do not recommend
Following dealer reply after submitting my review i must correct you that, no contact was made by your store to reach me after purchase was compleated.
The online order was followed by a phone call to the store the next day to confirm that the 2 moderators (not one) were for SUB 12ft/lb AIR WEAPONS, also providing my AW certificate number (as i am based in Scotland- only country part of UK that requires certificates for AW's, and in a very near future, possible August/September this year, moderators will came out all together from certification requirements for FAC's), and providing again during that phone call the FULL details of my local RFD which had been given on the original online purchase.
I stand by my comments, poor customer service, passing blame to the customer for the C*** up your team made, and i do not recommend your services as per experience received.
On saying that, i have to be fair and say that I did receive notification this afternoon, that you have now taken steps to complete the delivery of my purchased items which were paid for and should have been received over 2 weeks ago.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
To provide some additional context, the item ordered was a moderator. Under UK firearms legislation, a moderator is generally treated as a firearm component and therefore requires the appropriate transfer process. For an RFD-to-RFD transfer, we must receive the receiving dealer's RFD details and certificate information so that we can lawfully complete the transaction and ensure the receiving dealer is aware they will be accepting the item on the customer's behalf.
In this case, the required receiving dealer information was not provided to us at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, a processing error also resulted in the item being allocated for store collection rather than transfer to an RFD. We acknowledge this mistake and accept responsibility for that aspect of the order. While we strive for accuracy in every transaction, occasional human errors can occur.
We would also note that we did not receive any enquiry regarding the order status during the period between purchase and your review. Had we been contacted earlier, we would have investigated and corrected the issue sooner.
Once the matter was brought to our attention, we took steps to resolve it in accordance with the information available to us. While we regret the inconvenience caused, we believe the circumstances involved both the missing transfer details and our internal processing error.
We value all customer feedback, positive and negative, as it helps us improve our processes and service. Although we are disappointed that you do not wish to use our services again, we appreciate your business and wish you all the best in the future.
