Chelsea do not sell tickets to external companies full stop

Scammed out of £308
Scammed out of £308. Sold tickets by this company then they messaged to upgrade our seats for free. Got new tickets sent. Original tickets cancelled. Got to the turnstiles and new tickets didn’t work. Been sold season ticket holders tickets which is fraud. Now starting fraud investigation with the club , police and bank. Season ticket holders have now been banned. To top it off the debit card used to purchase the original tickets has been used fraudulently to purchase with online betting sites too. This company has corrupt employees AVOID !!

RACISTS AND XENOPHOBES. As British citizens, we got our order cancelled due to having different surnames. They then interrogated and demanded passport copies without a valid reason. Pure discrimination and terrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU’LL BE SCAMMED. I’ll be reporting this.

Great experience but a little pricey
