I left this company in July 2021, yet my name and photo are still on their website implying I work there. I know of at least one other former employee in the same situation.

Don't waste your money ! I joined the program with high hopes as they featured in Shark Tank India and provided my challenges and weight related issues. The communication is very poor. The App is basic and does not notify you. The overall structure of the program is inherently ineffective. The nutritionist job l is to just give you a meal plan and receipees which is easily available online. No follow up or care to meet the objectives. I had to follow up for my meal plan and next steps. I regret paying money for the program and I wished it could have been spent somewhere else.

Giving two stars only since their nutritionist responds on time, however, it is a useless program and despite everything i only lost 500 gms; Their meals are unrealistic considering the hectic schedules and despite of telling them several times, they would still give you recipes that would need considerable of amount of time in cooking and packing for office.
To top it all, i have reached out to them several times to discontinue my plan and refund the balance, but they dont even bother to respond to you.
In short, if you want to waste your money, please subscribe to their plans

I FEEL VERY GOOD AND ENJOY A LOT DURING MY SESSION AND LOOSE MY WEIGHT BY TAKING NORMAL DIET AS USUAL AS WE ARE TAKING REGULARLY

Had a great experience with Protima while trying out keto diet. She guided me thoroughly through the process and I was able to reduce four kgs in the initial month. Looking forward to reduce some more fat further and achieve my ideal weight soon.

The advisor, samridhi babbar is just a call away if not on WhatsApp. She has been very cooperative and explaines everything properly on the Keto diet. She provided me proper suggestions during the first consultation. She took all the information on my health issues and accordingly provided the meal plan for the first week. As and when I had doubts, I reached out to her to clarify my doubts and I always got all the responses on time. Following the diet and meal plan, I was able to lose weight from the first week itself. She has been amending the diet plans as per my convenience and based on my experience I would really recommend Livofy to all the people who have been trying to lose weight and feeling difficult to achieve their goals. Here you will find a very good team who will be able to understand your goals and help you achieve it.

My Self Pravin and my wife brought the plan Sugar and Weight management in less than 15 days we got results our weight were reduced our sugar level came down. Our Dietician Ms Srishti is an grt help for us provide us with grt recipes. All the best to the keto team.

I am being assisted by Shristhi and she has been very helpful since day 1. I am getting stuck in my weight and ketosis, but she still motivates me and immediately change my diet which works 100%.

One of bad experience of all the team members. Even after pay by 29 December i didn't receive any diet plan.even need improvement for your refund policy.i never recommend this app to anyone.

I started my journey with Livofy around 3 months ago and I am really happy with my results. I have lost around 13 kgs in 3 months. Eena Ahuja has been a really great Nutritionist during this journey. She regularly follows up about my weight loss journey and customize the diet plans as per my preference. She always encourages me. Thanks to Eena Ahuja ❤️, the one who helped me loose 12 kilos and that too making me eat paneer pasta, cauli egg rice and many more tasty stuff , didn’t feel like I was dieting at all . So , I am into muscle building but gained a lot of weight during covid and didn’t have the motivation to diet down to look for again , but then came across keto cuz the reason behind my lack of motivation was my sugar craving and in keto u can’t have it at all . So I decided to challenge myself and then found keto India . Then they assigned me eena ahuja , very sweet and kind person. First of all she took time to explain me how it works , made sure I didn’t get keto flu and made the process of going into ketosis easy . I was very particular regarding not loosing muscle mass , and she did exactly that . If u r looking for a tasty and happy way to loose fat , I would suggest u to give keto diet from keto India , cuz obviously I got lean under them only and ask for eena Ahuja as ur diet coach if possible . I am pausing it for 15 days and will resume it after wards … and we r sure about getting down to 60 kilos 🧿😊.
