Super gut! Mir gefällt eure Seite und der Bestellprozess wirklich gut. Alles ist intuitiv und ich kann meine Pflichten durch euch erfüllen. Durch das Vertragsmodell bin ich auch die nächsten Jahre abgesichert und muss mir keine Gedanken mehr zu dem Thema machen, das ist sinnvoll. Macht weiter so.

Shocking
Since I only send 1 or 2 parcels to Germany in a year, I decided not to renew the contract anymore but I still received the invoice for 2023 and the subsequent reminder with a 4 euro penalty, despite having contacted the assistance I receive another reminder with threat of lawsuit.
Despite the money thrown away, I still pay the invoice (but not the 4 euros) and just today I receive a reminder with the threat of legal recovery for just a measly 4 euros. Shocking..
I don't know how to get out anymore.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Classic crooks
Crooks. Ripping off small businesses on Etsy in the name of recycling just because they can. Go rip off some other big greedy corporation, charge small businesses for the amount they actually send. You can't justify having to pay 39 euros for sending small items twice a year to Germany!! I bet they make tons out of earnest people, who just follow the Etsy rules. Not inclusive at all for small businesses, just another system in place to make it even harder for small businesses to survive.

Es wird besser kommuniziert !
Ansonsten ist Kundenservice bereit zu Helfen und ggf kulant zu werden... Einfach anschreiben und begründen.

I do not recommend them
I do not recommend them. they're proper crooks. Had to join as it was recommended by etsy, but as i send less than 5 kg of card a year, it was expensive, so i terminated in December after only joining in July where I already had to pay for a full year. I got another invoice warning in Feb, for another full year even though I had terminated, but they said because i hadn't terminated by september (who would? I had only just joined a few months previously!!) i was due to pay another year- even though i had by that point paid for another cheaper service. They're forceful and unmoving even though their service is basic at best for me, and i'm paying twice not even yet for a full years service. Avoid at all costs. The surprise subscription renewal is a load of crock and a really crap deal.

In our order process, we make it clear at various points that this is a continuing licence agreement. This logic of a renewing contract for packaging licensing is, by the way, the usual model for almost all system providers.
In addition, unlike many other providers, we allow you to look at our model contract BEFORE signing the contract, in which all conditions are noted transparently. We also rely on this and, in a B2B context, expect our customers to inform themselves about conditions and to comply with them - just as we are expected to do.
We regret that you have nevertheless received a negative impression of us and wish you all the best for the future.

Deutlich schlechter als EPR
Sehr wenig kulanter Kundenservice bei Kündigung. Diese Funktion ist im Interface zudem sehr schwer zu finden. Ich kann EPR deutlich mehr empfehlen.

Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung und schade, dass wir Sie nicht von unserem Service überzeugen konnten. Die Kündigungsoption findet man tatsächlich schlicht bei den Stammdaten und dort auch in einem eigenen Menüpunkt als "Kündigung" benannt :)
Kulanz zeigen wir überall da, wo nachweislich keine Verpackungen mehr in Umlauf gebracht werden - und finden, bei einem reinen Anbieterwechsel darf man ein Begegnen auf Augenhöhe zwischen beiden Vertragspartnern erwarten - heißt, auch Sie als Kunde erfüllen ihren Part des Vertrags und beachten die vereinbarten Konditionen.
Aber Schwamm drüber: Wir wünschen Ihnen jedenfalls alles Gute für die Zukunft und die Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem neuen Anbieter.
