I am very disappointed with this company. I received the alloy wheels with small scuffs and scratches, which are not very visible on camera but noticeable in person.

Another major issue was poor communication and coordination in their warehouse. They sent the alloy set with the sensors that I purchased separately, but failed to include the fitting kit. As a result, when I arrived at the tyre shop, we realized that the genuine bolts were not suitable for these alloys. Luckily, I know the owner of the shop, and he kept my car on the lift for two days, as I did not want to remove and refit the tyres and alloys again.

I emailed the company explaining that I was very disappointed and unhappy, and asked if they could send the fitting kit with next working day delivery so I could use my car again. After two days, the tyre shop checked the wheel balance and found a very large discrepancy on one of the rear wheels. Unfortunately, it did not occur to me at the time to take a photo, and I only took one after the tyre (which is 1–2 years old) was mounted.

I later called the company and was told they would refund the postage costs and apologized. Weeks have passed since then, and despite sending follow-up emails asking for updates, I have still received no response to this day.

Normally, I am not the type of person to leave reviews, but this experience was too much. This is not my first set of alloys, and I have used other companies in the past (which I will not name) that were far more professional than this one. I am not sure whether this was just bad luck or if they treat all customers the same, but I would not recommend them.

Outstanding customer service if truth be told, i did have a slight panic as i didnt hear back as soon as i wanted to but thats on me not LK.
Fraser was extremely helpful and very quick in turning around a quote for a single wheel to replace my damaged one, caused by ill maintained roads in my area. I contacted him and had a quote and the replacement in just under 3 working days. That is insanely quick! The i initial items were well packaged well described and a very good price as i went for the wheel and tyre package again Fraser was there for support from the get go with pressure queries and such!
I honestly dont think ill go anywhere else for wheels/tyres in future

I couldn't believe the range of wheels this company has, I was give an estimated delivery date of 2 weeks and my wheels came in 3 days. I'm really happy wiv them. Couldn't be more grateful for them. LK will definitely be my first place for wheels in the future. Many thanks.

Found a set of great wheels on the website and wanted to pair them with high performance tyres. After initially choosing Pirelli, changed preference and with the help of the customer services, LK sourced the tyres wanted, despite not being listed on the website. Order was complete in 6 days, so that was a bonus, as was expecting more around 2 weeks. Can recommend and if something is not on the website, inquire via email as they might still be able to procure.

went on the website to check that the wheels fitted my 4x4. then phoned to double check ,
they answered all my questions and i placed the order online .

Got some very rude emails from a guy called will , very arrogant

Unsurprised to see the latest reviews are very negative.

After already being delayed by another terrible company that lied about having products in stock, I specifically contacted this "LK Performance" outfit ahead of ordering on Thursday morning to make sure I was buying something they had in stock.

Someone called Will told me they should be able to ship my alloys the same day, for next-day delivery by weekend (assuming no weather-related delivery issues), if I ordered before about 14:00. So I submitted my order and paid about 13:15 that day. My card was charged immediately.

Now on Friday a different representative, Fraser, says he can't speak for Will but they don't have them in stock at all and there was no way they were going to be here in time...

I figured even if they didn't manage to ship on Thursday, they would at least ship Friday and I would have them Monday (weather permitting), before a planned trip.

Very disappointing.

Went on your site put my car’s details in , it sold me a wheel & tyre package that stated they fit my car , then had no email nothing until I got in touch with them , they then stated they won’t fit without spending another £100 on spacers , I explained your site said these do , no mention of extra parts
So I had to buy these , I then took delivery and they never sent spigot rings so I still can’t fit them . I’ve now give up with LK PERFORMANCE there a absolute joke , no customer suppport , but there happy to take your money an then it’s a YOU , problem still trying to get the spigot rings no one’s called or emailed tried multiple contacts NOTHING
I’d stay away buy els were it’s cost me in total an extra £145 pound and there still not fitting JOKE!!!

Bought alloy wheel & tyre package as instructed on there website only to pay them get a call few days later , stating the wheels don’t fit my car , the computer doesn’t take into account the caliper and wanted another £100 pound for spacers , then took delivery of the alloys & tyres got them fitted only to find out they also need spigot rings for the centre bore so the alloys that LK PERFORMANCE instructed me to buy on there site were totally wrong . No help waited days for someone to call me back shocking alloy wheel company worst I’ve ever dealt with steer clear
