Received what I ordered in a timely manner. Excellent service!

Customer service helped me correct the shipping address and got my order to me promptly. I just have to make sure I put it in correctly next time so they won’t have so much trouble getting it to me sooner.

This is my second time ordering from LL Medico. I plan to set up automatic monthly delivery when I place my next order. It was delivered to me within a few days of them receiving my payment and it is delivered in a plain box so no worries about all your neighbors or family knowing what you have ordered.

The biggest thing is that you take HSA for payment. I looked around on the website and found the diapers that I use and easily set up autoship right away. I never have to worry about my supplies running out before my next delivery in made. The price is reasonable. Thank you for the great experience with your companies website and making it easy to order what I needed.

They are so easy to order from and I get my order usually in about 2 days which is great!

It was good. However unless I didn't see it in the cart area, is it possible to put an icon for 'shop more,' even if an item was already selected in the cart?

LL Medico has been and will always be my favorite place to buy diapers. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful! The diapers I wear are usually always in stock and reasonably priced. If I could change (lol) one thing it would be don’t use DHL for shipping! I am a life long customer!!

This family owned company does just what it advertises!! Also, they have better prices than on Amazon. The discounts are good and cash back pretty much takes care of the sales tax. Delivered on time and good customer service!

Your products are great but delivery time seems to take a while. Today is 9/7. Waiting on order placed on 9/2 and delivery is to be 9/9.

Unfortunately I ended up with the wrong product and even the wrong size. Consumer service was vague inconsistent and offered no compensation. Though I do get the privilege of bringing these giant packages to fed ex. Never had an issue with these guys until now. (Yes, they did send the package the next day after I e mailed them to let them know I still needed my original items). Not because they were prompt.

This was their response and what you're dealing with:

We've closed your account. Any future order attempt will be declined at checkout.

For the record: we shipped the wrong size, and we shipped the correct items the day after you contacted us. We're comfortable with how that was handled, and we've decided we're not the right supplier for you.
