We recently transitioned our corporate cards to Lloyds Commercial Cards, and the process was seamless from start to finish. The support from Lloyds Bank, and particularly Ryan Symonds, has been excellent throughout. Ryan has helped us grow our account and is always on hand to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
The corporate charge cards work really well for our business, and the ability to make large supplier payments has been a great fit for our operational requirements. Overall, a very positive experience and a reliable service.

Whole process from start to end has been just what we required, understood our needs and had no problems with the implementation process. Initially the set up of the cards was a pain but to be fair I am not the most tech savy. Kye is my point of contact and he has been incredibly helpful and professional in assisting me through the set up and running of these cards.
They have been a massive help with my business for cash flow.
Only slight issue I have found is the customer services number whoever answers doesn't really 100% know how the cards work so I prefer to just contact Kye who has all the answers.
Honestly can't praise him enough so a massive thank you to him.
