Easy, straightforward application
I found opening a new Business credit card account, straightforward and easy to do. The information was easy to read for me to choose what card would suit my business needs and allowed me to set a limit. The response time was really quick and within a week, I had my card and pin.

I was use Lloyds banking 2 years outside of UK but everything was working well until I got back to UK

Dealing with a fraud on our Business Charge card
Following a fraud on our Business Charge card I have spoken with Ryan in the fraud team at length on 3/2/26. He was patient, professional and helpful during a call that lasted 90mins. He was able to arrange of the fraudulent transactions to be refunded and also advised about the possibility of a credit balance transfer.
This morning 6/2 I dealt with Sereena who confirmed the credit had been issued to our new charge card account, arranged for a statement to be sent and then set up the credit balance transfer. She was polite, professional and helpful. She also advised of the benefits of transferring our on line account to on line banking for Business.
I wanted to recognise both of these people by name and thank them again for their help.
