I paid for services that were not provided. I feel very disappointed with their approach and communication. I wish I had never taken Lloyd's Bank's advice to join them.

As a client for many years and now my daughter is also using the services we all find the personal approach excellent in terms of understanding our needs. Great advice has been given covering the wider areas of financial advice including planning for future needs in tax efficient way.
