The delivery took almost 2 full weeks to come. They were promised one day and never turned up.

Your order was dispatched within our advertised 3–5 working day lead time. Unfortunately, once it had left us, the courier experienced delays which meant delivery took longer than expected.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when an earlier delivery date had been anticipated.
