Lovely people, great service and Tunnocks Teacakes. What's not to like.

Excellent,friendly and welcoming service from the moment we arrived. We were offered coffee on arrival
and the team member (Wendy)was knowledgeable without being pushy which made the whole experience very relaxed. Wendy even moved furniture and plants around to help re-create our living room!

Staff - (Sharon) were very helpful in the shop proving info on the various options answering questions etc. All email correspondence thereafter was promptly replied to with the necessary information by Sharon or her colleagues.

Very helpful and pleasant

Shocking customer service. Paid for goods months ago. Still no sign. Well past delivery date. Commented of Facebook and now blocked from commenting. All feels sordid and poorly managed

On entering the store, all staff made a point of saying hello and asking if they could help. When I required assistance the staff member was more than happy to help with all my questions. Took time to show me different fabrics and worked with me on the computer to show me how my bed would look.

Sharon was very helpful without being intrusive. We were encouraged to spend as much time as we wanted sitting on various lovely sofas, offered water and snacks, and given friendly advice about fabric options. We ordered a Jonesy sofa!

Visited Edinburgh store to try and test different sofas. Lovely friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff . And very patient when I had to try upteen different colour samples . They prepared a link so we could double check sizes at home and then easily order our sofa. Would recommend a visit . Just wish I’d had one of the many teacakes on offer 😊

Fantastic store where all of the sofas are all on display and each one is covered in a different colour with a variety of materials ensuring that no matter what your chosen sofa is you can have a good feel for how it will look. The staff are also incredibly friendly helpful without being pushy.

Really helpful store sales staff

As always, friendly and knowledgeable assistance without being pushy. I’ve already got a bed, coffee table, lamps & cushions and a throw. All really well made and great design… so I went back yesterday to make some decisions about another bed. Always my first choice for furniture & furnishings 🙂

Made several trips to the Edinburgh store working out which sofa bed I wanted to get. The staff were extremely helpful in advising on different styles, fabric and colour choices. Didn’t feel pressured and that really helped me take the time and do my thinking to make the purchase.

Looking for a sofa and didn’t want high pressure sales talk. Eventually went to Loaf in Edinburgh and were blown away by the customer service - so much better than anywhere else. Settled on our choice and were talked through the ordering process by Sam, who couldn’t have been more helpful. Beds and sofas are top quality and super comfortable. Better than our previous Arlo and Jacob and better service too.

Wendy was friendly and knowledgeable which made our final purchase decision easy. Alan also contributed with coffee and tea cakes. All in all a thoroughly pleasant experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a visit
