Fantastic in-store experience
We had a fantastic experience at the Notting Hill branch with Muna. She was enthusiastic and went through everything with us in helping to decide on our new bed. We made a purchase with her the same day and feel great about our choice. First class customer service from Muna. Can’t wait to have the bed!

My original experience with loaf was slow and difficult. However since I contacted the loaf shop in Notting Hill and Sav took over my order my experience has been much better.
Sav has been very efficient, proactive, clear and positive. She has responded to my emails in good time despite the fact you have been very busy. She has kept me informed of what is happening which I have appreciated after my difficulties in contacting loaf before.

Thoroughly explained all the financial options there are in order to able to purchase a sofa. Never phased by repetitive questions, it can be quite daunting choosing a new sofa. There are varying styles designs etc. Friendly patient staff.

Fantastic in store service!
I looked online to buy my sofa from Spain. Then while I was in London I visited the shop in Ladbroke Grove. Arzouni spent about an hour with me discussing what I was after and what would fit my flat and set up. Very helpful and nice.

Exceptionally nice shop staff
Exceptionally nice shop staff. Very helpful and knowledgable. I stupidly came to the shop after a dentist appointment, and when I felt unwell, they made me very comfortable and brought me cold water. Altogether a really positive experience, and great products too.
