Experience so far excellent
Experience so far excellent. Staff helpful but not pushy. We returned three times before making a decision and are looking forward to receiving our sofas in March.

Best experience of looking and buying a…
Best experience of looking and buying a new sofa. It’s a hard decision as you want to love it for a long time and last a long time. The 2 gentleman working there could not have been anymore helpful. They were patient kind and had a lot of knowledge on all the questions that we asked. Nothing was too much to ask of them. Customer service was at its best and I will certainly recommend Loaf Solihull. Their knowledge of loaf was excellent and you could see the natural passion of what they sell and they do it well. Thank you guys

Helpful, friendly and never pushy
It took me a while to make my decision on which sofa to choose, but each time I went into store the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff were never pushy but always on hand to offer advise when I needed. We can't wait for our comfy new sofa to arrive!!

When one Groover sofa is not enough …
Already bought one groover sofa after visiting the Solihull shack at the beginning of the year where we received such great service and have now just purchased the extra large groove sofa to compliment the one we already have. We knew exactly what we wanted and because loaf office such wonderful of sample fabrics, we found the perfect compliment to our current sofa in the material we wanted so could order on line
