I feel like everything is great except the rates for the loans seem somewhat high. If the rates were lower I'd probably be a lifetime customer.

There is no fee for paying the loan off early and many of our customers save a significant amount in fees when they pay the loan off early. Requested funds midnight and literally received funds around 10 am in the morning without any hassles. This company should be advertised more in my opinion, and I normally don't write reviews.

Loan at last is very helpful for my needs. However, I wish they should be able to lower their rate for on exiting customer like me. I spoke with one of the staff & she stated nothing she can do to reduce the rate nor payment because it’s already in process. I suggest that the staff should improve their customer service in order to gain more customers.
