When I started out with loanatlast I had a really high interest rate but when I called and spoke to one of the representatives and explained how I felt about the interest rate on the loan she quickly advised that she could speak with her supervisor to see what better rates they could give and she made it to whereas my rate went down a whole lot and was very grateful for that! Thanks alot!
