The team was brilliant in how they handled my request. I wasn't to sure in the beginning but after they explained everything very clearly and took time to make sure I understood the process I was very pleased with the loan. The team and Jeremy have given me a great customer experience and helped me out with a few issues I had. The whole process was explained to me in detail and I was very happy with the end result. Helped me so quickly
I am not the best on technology but they helped me quickly and in a lovely friendly way that i felt comfortable and the process was easy and all done by tea time and the option to settle early with no penalty is massive bonus for me personally
