If you ever in trouble financially loan smart and ask to talk to gerry without him I be absolutely homeless I had 4 major bills and now my Xmas has come early for me I was surviving on bread or toast and bake beans thanks to gerry and his hardworking gave me a light at the end of the tunnel again great work gerry and the loansmart team

Wow the lack of communication… very unprofessional. I applied for $1000 loan for vehicle repairs, I waited and the guy who was helping me emailed me straight away but when I completed the photo id and bank statements, the headline for they’re loan is “ SAME DAY, SAME LOAN” absolute bullshit
it took 2 hours to get in contact with him, did he call me? Nooo I had to call him, he then told me that he give me a call straight away as soon as he finished, (this was at 2pm) it was going on nearly 5:30pm I started to get impatient I called them again and they said they had nothing from me at the moment and told me he would call me first thing in the morning. Comes the morning to the afternoon where he never called back so I had to call him back there was still nothing and emailed me back saying no one has accepted my loan and will reach out to me. Never reached back to me, I don’t recommend this loan place, better off going somewhere else with better communication and benefits. Trust me

After jumping through hoops with multiple different finance options that had great reviews on how easy they were no matter how much you had or your credit score to be passed over. When all I need was a helping hand .. contacting loan smart was my best decision. Shayaan helped me without making me jump through hoops easy to deal with and such a great outcome glad I finally found someone who actually looked at my application properly not just the money I owed

Jonathan was excellent to deal with got the information he needed then gave us some options to consider then actioned it all once we chose the best option for us and seen the whole process through right to the end, loan smart is a better option over most other providers and went the extra step to help the customer out and understand the process.
