The photoshoot went well. However, the communication afterwards with Localgrapher was awful. They did not keep their promise of getting me the photos within 4 business days. I had to actively keep sending them emails about where my photos were. After 8 days, I finally received them. Got no excuse or whatsoever, only 4 extra photos. Luckily, the photos were really nice. I was, however, quite disappointed in their customer service.

While on a family vacation in Lucca, Italy I decided to schedule a photo shoot since the large group is so seldom together. We had a wonderful experience with our photographers and had lots of fun during the time we spent. Tragically, later that day my father passed away suddenly. I will never treasure anything more than the wonderful photos from that morning. If you’re on the fence about booking, just do it. I knew we would be so glad that we took the opportunity some day…I just didn’t realize how soon some day would be. Capture the memories.

Booked a photoshoot in Tenerife and the communication with the photographer was awesome. Unfortunately the location she chose, the pictures , overall visibility of the pictures is not what I expected. I felt like i lost my money and wasted my time. Unfortunately the photographer is awesome in personality.

they have stupid agent who are ineffective communicators.
I have chosen a photograph located in spain and the agent contacting me from Philippines, does that make sense!!
I have been waiting hours for response regarding the availability.
they have no system to let the client get in touch with the photographer, cuz they are affraid of not getting their share, work on a good system.

Booking number 142762! The company has taken my deposit knowing that the photographer I have chosen was not available for the date booked. It’s been a week since I’m trying to get my deposit refunded into my account! Shame on you

It is a trustworthy company. I am a photographer in Portugal and I have been worked with Localgrapher more then 2 years.

Elina is an AMAZING photographer. We chose her for our wedding shoot in Eze, France (near Nice) at Chateau Eza, and I can't say enough great things about her and her work. She was communicative, punctual, fun, and did the most excellent job of capturing our natural emotions (NOT an easy feat w/me). My family and I have never been photogenic, and this may be the first set of photos where we all look amazing. Elina really put us at ease and did all the heavy lifting of arranging the groups we wanted photographed while also catching candid moments. She also captured the natural light beautifully. I am in awe of her work. I wish she could take ALL of our photos. Thank you, Elina!!!!

Do not use. Do not hire. Hire photographer directly and research photographer in specific area. I hired through this website for a surprise engagement shoot. They connected me with the photographer and he was great, on the day of. I then asked for a couple of photos to be sent the night of, so we could share on social media because that is what you do, and the company refused. They said there is a mandatory 4 day waiting period to receive photos. If I had known that, we would have had photos taken on our phone. A 4 day wait… For an engagement photo shoot?! What kind of shady operation does that. Finally 4 days later, they still have not sent the photos. I am still without engagement photos, after having paid in full, paying the photographers expenses, and tipping. Stay away, far far away. Michelle Pichova is the person that handled my booking. Stay away.

I highly recommend booking a photoshoot with Mr. Huseyin! He was punctual, friendly, helpful, and most definitely a professional. The pictures turned out to be so beautiful. The memories will last forever, and I can safely say that it was the highlight of my trip.

My friends and I enjoyed a photo shoot with Fernando Gomez Mancera in Puero Vallarta, Mexico on February 21st, 2020. Fernando helped choose the perfect spots to capture our best selves in the colorful town of Bucerias. His demeanor was friendly and professional - I would highly recommend this type of experience for those traveling to the area. Remembering such a special trip with my closest friends in the form of beautiful pictures is an invaluable gift!

I hire them for a wedding photo session in Hong Kong the first week of January. Two days later photographer said she cannot do the session because she had another session. I canceled and it’s been already a month without getting my money back. Only excuses and excuses. DISAPPOINTED

I was a little hesitant at first as I had never heard or used Localgrapher before, but from the start they were really helpful. They arranged a photographer 'Mimmo' who contacted me to talk about the plans I had to propose, locations/timings etc.
On the day, and as previously arranged i proposed and Mimmo captured it. Immediately after we had further pictures taken to capture the surroundings.
Once we were back home the pictures were sent and we picked our favourites - The whole process from start to finish was great and i would recommend Localgrapher and furthermore Mimmo if you are in the Amalfi coast area. Thanks again.

Really wanted to book a photographer to capture our holiday, and was happy to pay the 350USD for the silver package or 250USD for the bronze package as advertised on the localgrapher website. An agent contacted us within two days of making the request, however had a completely different (much more expensive) price list - the cheapest of which was 450USD, which didn't even include an additional travel fee that they would also add on later (I asked twice how much this fee would be but didn't get a figure). Prices are falsely advertised and lots of hidden costs. Would not recommend this company.

Edit: We did inform Localgrapher of the resort we are staying at via both email and whatsapp. The resort is very close to the capital Male, only taking a 20 minute transfer by boat (15 minutes according to the resort website), so travel would not be an issue for the photographer. Given the very short travel required, and the fact that they were already adding on travel fees, it seems ludicrous to also dramatically increase the price of the photos (package 1 increased to 1079USD, package 2 to 752USD and package 3 to 450USD).
