I am absolutely delighted with the service I rescued from More than Lift Ladders. From start to finish the whole process was fantastic, the final result has given me heaps of extra space and has transformed my time. The gentleman who carried out the work was brilliant, he left my home spotless, all rubbish was removed and the job was carried out in the time frame given. I couldn’t recommend them enough

Safety rail fitted around loft hatch
Excellent work carried out. More than Loft Ladders had previously fitted a loft ladder and hatch and I asked them to come back and fit a rail around the hatch. I was very pleased with the work carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending More than Loft Ladders.

Amazing from start to finish
From start to finish our experience with More Than Loft Ladders has been amazing. Josh who came to quote for the job was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. Dan who came to do the work was equally brilliant - he worked flat out to a high standard, in a tidy manner and we are so pleased with the work. Would highly recommend this company and already have to multiple people.

Delighted with the work completed
We needed a new loft hatch and ladders, and contacted More Than Loft Ladders to give us a quote. I'd also been considering getting the whole roof space re-insulated and extending the boarding, and the quote Lewis gave us for the entire job seemed reasonable, so we went with the full job.
The work was all completed in a day by Mark, Vlad and Ethan. These guys were brilliant - considerate, hard-working and very professional, making sure they caused as little disruption as possible, tidied everything after themselves and the end result was brilliant. We now have double the usable loft space, it's all level and secure, and it all looks so much better.

Had my loft insulated
Had my loft insulated, boarded, larger loft hatch , light switch and ladders.
The boys were there on time , Jack, J and Mason did an amazing job!
All rubbish taken and cleaned up after themselves . Very respectful and lovely lads.
My loft look fabulous and spacious.

I chose MTLL because when Finn came to assess my loft for boarding he supplied more useful information and advice than other companies.
On installation day he arrived on time, fitted the boarding with minimum disturbance, and left all areas clean and tidy.
They were a good company to deal with and I am happy to recommend them.

This was a great experience
This was a great experience. I’d looked at a lot of companies and wanted to stay local. From the initial response to my online query being so fast to the initial survey and quote, we have been really impressed by the professionalism and care taken with our loft. Ryan was clean and tidy throughout and we could t be happier with our new space. Highly recommended.

Absolutely 10/10, no notes experience
Honestly cannot rate these guys highly enough. When I asked for a quote they provided me with comprehensive options and advised on what was and wasn’t suitable or needed. The prices were very competitive and invoicing professional.
The day of installation, the installer (Fin) was on time, made sure that the area was protected, all work was complete to great standard and left absolutely no mess. Before leaving gave me a run down of the new hatch and ladder mechanism and showed me the loft space.
Again, 10/10, no notes. If ever I need any more work done I know where to go
