An excellent experience from start to finish! From initial contact, quotation, fixing installation date and carrying out works. I had two hatches installed and some insulation.
The fitting team did an excellent job, having to build one of the hatches from scratch and left both work areas neat and tidy.

Friendly and professional service from start to finish! Mark and his team did an excellent job insulating and boarding our loft and creating a new loft hatch!
They kept us informed and involved throughout the process and left the house immaculate as if they'd never been here!

We required additional attic insulation and then boarding on top of a fairly large space. More Than Loft Ladders were sourced through 'Which? Trusted Traders' and we were not disappointed by any aspect of the service provided. Ben conducted a survey, explained all the options and provided a reasonable quote. We were given an installation date and then regularly reminded of it. The guys arrived at the time expected, provided protection for the carpets, completed the job, cleaned up after themselves and encouraged an inspection of the work. Highly recommended.

It was a very warm day, one gentleman and he did a fantastic job. Very pleased.
I called and got them out, being disabled I struggled a bit.
They came, looked and booked me in for an extra handle to the ladder.
Didn't charge anything, quick prompt service.

Adam came to give us a quote on having a loft ladder fitted, he explained what he could do with our access point as quite limited.we were pleased with his professionalism and booked to have the work done. Have used before on a previous property, and dealt with Adam from quote to fitting of new loft ladder, hatch and loft reboarding. Very professional from start to finish. All works in a timely manner and left no mess. Additionally supplied internal roof foil for me to fit and advised fitment. A great job throughout, would definitely recommend.

Mark delivered an excellent service. He was professional, reliable, and kept communication clear throughout the whole process. The work was completed to a fantastic standard, and I’m very happy with the end result.

Keiran and Ryan came to board out our loft and top up the insulation. They were polite, friendly, courteous, and efficient. They completely transformed our loft space into usable storage.

The finish and craftsmanship were exceptional, and we’re really pleased with the finished result.

They made what looked like a difficult task seem incredibly simple and took away all the rubbish and leftovers.

I had a loft hatch that needed replacing so I researched some companies and decided on More Than Loft Ladders from reading their reviews. Mark and Jordan did a great job. They were very friendly, tidy and a credit to the company. Would recommend!

Mark came and gave us two quotes for a new hatch (involving moving a ceiling light) wooden ladder and boarding. Quote accepted and the work was completed in no time at all. The lads that fitted were polite clean and quick. There was a slight problem with a missing board but after speaking with Mark it was rectified to full satisfaction. Very pleased and will use again when we have more flooring fitted.

Steve was professional and approachable throughout our all stages. Had just moved into a new property and the ladder broke. Steve was quick to respond and I had my ladder installed within a day of excepting the quote. Thanks Steve, allowed me to clear a lot of stuff out of the way.

I highly recommend More Than Loft Ladders. Andy installed a new loft ladder in our house and the whole process was easy and professional from start to finish. Andy came to quote, returned to install and then returned after the sealant had dried a few days later to touch up and make sure the hatch had the best finish possible. Andy was professional and friendly and cleaned up after the work. We are delighted with our new loft ladder.
