Poor value
Nothing went wrong with the consultation but the time spent discussing my original request 'The Will' was limited. Until I asked there was no no mention of what if something happened to my son for instance? I had to ask for this when I should have been advised. More time was spent trying to get me to consider Power of Attorney and using more of their services. The Will was severely lacking in content and only at my prompting did this change. On reflection it is very poor value for money and a 'do it yourself Will' would be better. Overall not impressed.

My Will sorted in a professional manner
A quick reply to my inquiry, the follow up call from consultant was spot on , all details of my requirements were taken and sent for draft , draft in the form of email was sent in a timely fashion, all was correct and confirmed by myself, just waiting on paper copy.

I found the associate who rang initially to take details, very pushy, to the point that I had to tell her to stop pressurising me. She got my address wrong after I repeated it.
