In-N-Out Burger Avis 62

I want to talk about my two experiences two years apart. I have only gone to In-N-Out Burger two times since I moved to California. Being from Texas, @Whataburger is the crowning glory of fast-food burgers for me. Each time I have gone, two things have been consistent, and I truly appreciate that.
One: excellent customer service. The locations in Pleasanton and Brentwood/Antioch are terrific. Though they are busy and are trying to fill other orders, they always greet you with a smile. Repeat your order to you and kindly ask if you want any add-ons. I went yesterday in the latter part of dusk and ordered a @2 with a strawberry shake. The young lady whose name starts with a "G" was so kind and friendly and was patient as my sister was still deciding on what she wanted. When they called our number, the young lady brought our shakes to our table, then ran back to bring the animal sauce that hadn't come with the order. This was truly great service. I want to thank the management for hiring really great, respectful, patient-centered young adults to work for your business. I will be coming back again.

First time at In-N-Out went to the Henderson restaurant solid service and food will go again at some point!

I was from.a.staye which doesn't have an In-Out burger. When I arrived at lunch time. It was busy and crowded. I ro my meal to go. When I got several miles away. Both the burger and fries were very cold. So much so that I threw them away.

Amazing Burger and the animalistic fries with the caramelized onions to die for, yet the smile and friendliness of their staff is so refreshing... yes, people line up good for such piece of Burger heaven, but it is worth it! PLEASE come to Tampa bay.

Long lines for a mediocre to dull burger. After arriving to the west coast from the east I couldn't believe the lines people were waiting in to get a hamburger. So it was not one but two but three tries trying see what the hopplah is over the chain and I still don’t get it. The Whopper from Burger King or the bacon guacamole from Carl's Jr. are much better burgers and no lines.

The only burger chain I will eat at. All of their meat is locally sourced and their fries are potatoes a minute before you eat them. It's the best

In-N-Out has always been one of my favorite fast-food spots in the US. Let's make no mistake, it is still fast food, but it just hits different.

One of the things I've always appreciated is the transparency. You can walk in and see them preparing everything right in front of you, which isn't something you get at most chains. It just feels fresher. There's also a very consistent, clean, and classic 'vibe' to their restaurants (the drive-thru-only spots aside). It's a reliable and familiar experience every time.

The menu is simple, but the 'not-so-secret' options are a huge plus. I'm a big fan of ordering my burger "Protein Style," where they swap the bun for a crisp lettuce wrap. It's a great choice when you want the satisfaction of the meat and toppings without the heavy bun.

For me, In-N-Out has become my default choice for a specific mood. When I'm hungry, don't have the energy to find something truly healthy, but still want to feel good about my quick meal, it's my go-to. It occupies that perfect space of being fast, satisfying, and just a cut above the rest.

Consistent and still affordable

In-N-Out Burger is a popular spot for fresh burgers, crispy fries and creamy shakes. Service is fast and friendly. It was crowded and the menu was small but overall its a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal.

Tried out their beef cheese burger it was fresh and full of flavour.Absolutley loved the juicy beef patty

Burger is good but probably the fries need more salt. Also it was clean when I got there, probably because it's not that crowder

Looks as though the burgers are getting smaller slowly but surely.
The location in Parker Colorado seems to have a quality issue so not sure if just there or more than likely all In and Outs. There was so much non chewable fat and Grissel in the burger it became disgusting to eat.

everything was great! but the fries could have been more cooked. overall a great experience

The menu is simple. Pretty much burgers and fries and shakes and other drinks. They have about the fastest drive-through service there is because they actually come out to your car and take your order. I don’t know where they find these kids, but they are consistently very nice and helpful.

Love this place! Burgers are The Best Ever! Restaurant is always clean and tidy. Staff is outstanding! Friendly, polite, professional. And they get our orders right. Every time. Highly recommend!
