We needed keys for all sorts of different locks, and after an incredibly disappointing service from another company, we found Lockdoctor.biz. On the phone they were very polite and clear, and took every extra step possible to assure us that we would be getting the right products. The keys arrived promptly and were all correct. I couldn't recommend this service more.

I ordered some replacement keys for a filing cabinet and they arrived very quickly. The website was easy to use and I am pleased with Lockdoctor's service.

Picture on website shows an original key but I actually received a copy ?
I was charged £4.95 for recorded delivery but key was sent standard first class 60p

I required a key TOK 001, I had ordered this from another company but when it turned up it was labelled as the key but the cut was wrong.
I then contacted lockdoctor to ask what there key looked like and they asked for a photo of the key, within 5 mins of sending I had an email back stating there key was the same. I duly ordered 8 off of these keys and they arrived the next day.

I ordered a desk lock and about a week later I got an email that it couldn't be posted. Are they out of stock or why not suggest an alternative lock?

I have had a very good experience with Lock Doctor. I had a problem with the first key I ordered and they sent a replacement free of charge, no quibbles. After a few orders I needed to return some and they were happy to help and return my money.
