I had a very bad experience with Amanda she was rude on the phone and slammed the phone down.
she did not want to talk to me to explain the reason why she did not want to take any more orders from my company, all because I had returned some keys for a refund.
I have never had anyone talk to me like that in my whole career of 35 yrs. I have spoken to many customer advisers but never been given this treatment.

I am so impressed with the service we received today from the lock doctor. They were there within an hour, the lock was opened in 30 seconds. Fantastic service highly recommend.

Thanks for getting in touch with us Nigel, I have looked into this with Yigal and we were awaiting your photograph to confirm which type of key you needed after you emailed because you weren't sure after having placed you order.
We have decided to send you the most likely key that you need, and if it is not right or if you have any other issue with how we have dealt with this then we are very happy to give you a full refund.

Fantastic service
Have an old 4 drawer metal filing cabinet with no key (lost over time), and stumbled on the Lockdoctor website. They identified the key I needed, and guess what, it fits !!! Thought I'd be looking at a locksmith and a new lock, but for only a few pounds I now have a fully functioning filing cabinet - fantastic. Super fast delivery, quality service. Would highly recommend and will no doubt use the service again.... A++++++++

Extremely helpful and efficient
I needed replacement keys for an office drawer and only had the key number. Very helpful in establishing the key needed and it was dispatched immediately. Highly recommend .

Brilliant service!
I had no idea where to look for replacement locks for our office furniture. I spoke to Lockdoctor who asked me to send photos. He replied with the lock we needed and within a day of the order being placed the parcel arrived and fitted perfectly, with 2 keys for each lock supplied included in the price. Our office furniture is back to full working order!

Superb, Fantastic - that says it all
I have never had such excellent service from a company for a long time. I order my keys one day and they are here the next day! Fantastic! If you are looking for office keys, these are the people. They are on the end of the phone to offer advice. I like the fact that you can send them a photo and they can tell you exactly what you are looking for. Well worth a look at the website.
