User friendly site, only criticism was on receipt of the order confirmation I wasn't given an estimated delivery date, but as it turned out there was no need as I received the goods the next day

Quick and efficient service.
I have used Lock Doctor on numerous occasions and have always found them helpful and efficient. Keys ordered arrive the following day and in the unlikely event that there is a problem they quickly resolve the issue without any complaint.

Super First Class Service
I needed some keys and I looked through the internet and found this site - lockdoctor. The site was very user friendly and I was able to place the order very easily.
I also needed some keys which were not available but lockdoctor was able to locate and order for me - Excellent first class service.

A friend asked to borrow my 'Thule' roof box as they were heading off to France in a couple of days. I extracted the roof box from the garage but, could I find a key for it? After trying a few local key cutting shops I was told that none could 'cut to code,' though one national chain did offer to order it for me, with no guarantee of when it might arrive. I then stumbled upon LOCKDOCTOR.BIZ which promised delivery by first class post with competitive prices. I decided to try them, not really believing the keys I had ordered would arrive in time. Keys arrived by post early next morning and worked perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend LOCKDOCTOR.BIZ.

Amazing service
Although the key I was looking for was outwith their normal range I sent them some photos of the lock and two days later I have keys to access it. I'm well impressed with their service.
