Awful company
Awful company. Unsympathetic, rude, terrible communication. I would never recommend them. Having bought a second hand car with a loan attached which I new nothing about, they showed no mercy. They wanted a huge amount of money in a small amount of time, no ifs or buts, money or repossession. Did not answer phone calls, ignored emails, don’t know why I bothered writing to them because I imagine they went straight in the bin. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Friendly , efficient and great customer service
Dealing with Alyson at log book loans is effortless she makes the effort everytime to try and help or assist with my requests.
Many other companies out there but I return a customer due to the fast friendly service.

Mr Paul Zimbler was very helpful and upfront and even insisted I only take out a loan if absolutely necessary. A very expensive product that provides 100% what it promises on the tin!
There is no question that one needs to be in a very difficult situation to think of going down this route but if it helps you survive a little bit longer then for me that was invaluable and on each and every occasion I have needed the company they have always helped me come through. Never had any problems with overcharging or any discrepancies over anything. A trustworthy and reliable business to deal with.

I have taken a loan from Loan 247 and it was great I think one of the best decisions I made in order to meet up my budget needs.
