Very handy if you need money quick but beware, repayments could be prohibitive.
I had a loan of £1000 over 18 months at just over £166 per month so I paid back £12 short of £3000!! I appreciated the money at the time but I would warn against rushing into an agreement as your car will be at risk if you start to miss payments.
If you struggle to make a payment, as I did one month, I suggest you speak to them immediately as Leo was very understanding with me. My payment was made later than it should have been, with no penalty.
Don't borrow more than you can comfortably afford.

Rob was fantastic he helped be through the whole process. It was lovely and smooth and quick. I would recommend to others.

Getting the loan was simple enough. Was efficient and amicable enough until I required hospitalisation as a result of a tumour which left me unable to sort payments. I provided them with letters from my consultants to confirm this and they advised that I should not be concerned with personal matters. After a short period of time (6 weeks or so) I came home and the next day they sent a truck to repossess my vehicle. I called them and asked for some time (48 hours) to get things sorted. They refused. They arranged to sell the car at auction and advised that any balance after the loan and costs were sorted would be paid back to me. As I now have no car and live in a rural area I need the balance to get something in which to drive to appointments. All they could tell me (after a lengthy wait for a response) was that it was due to be sold and would be sorted next week. I watched auction live last week online so I know it has been sold and that the funds have been paid to them - but still I wait.

As others have said, it was my choice to use them. But they show no compassion or concern when circumstances change - even when out of your control. No other company I have accounts with have dealt with me in this way - all have been understanding.

If you have any other option avoid them at all costs. I have lost over £7000 in total as a result of their forced repossession. Look for every other avenue for funds before them.

This company are absolute con-artists. Why arent these loans banned? they charge extortionate rates of interest so you end up paying back over triple what you actually borrow. I borrowed £1400 and the total repaid was over £5000. its disgusting these people should be ashamed of themselves. I took this loan out back in 2021 and they had my logbook after i had repaid my loan I asked when will my logbook be returned to me. Weeks past. So i rang up and asked where my logbook was only to be told that it had been destroyed. Do not use this company!

This is the second time I have used Logbook Money and yet again another great experience.The application process is very easy and the customer service is excellent.
I only applied a couple of days ago and because I am a previous customer I didn’t need to fill out all my details again.
I have just received my money today so it took only two days.
I’m delighted and I would definitely recommend using Logbook Money to anyone.

Used part time work on a daily basis.

The law stats that they can not take your vehicle. If used medically and disabled.

They would not accept part payment up front and come a new payment plan.

That they should by law .

Utter tosses of a company.

When I needed money in an emergency, Logbook money helped. The service is great, easy system, so simple. The staff especially Leo are so helpful and understanding. Great firm.

Excellent service , many negative reviews complain but ultimately when you take a loan like this it's because your credit rating isn't remotely acceptable to other institutions.

if you still fail to pay after you've taken the loan , how does a company / entity reclaim its money.

I never missed a payment & subsequently never had any issues

expensive loan but got me out of tight & painful situation.

If you pay on time , you'll have no issues. I paid the loan of early & saved a substantial amount in the end

i recommend them for what they are offering - just understand the T's&C's & pay your debt & you'll be fine
