Disappointed and Wishing I could get my money back
I was on the understanding that I could make adjustments to my logo after purchase. Upon doing that, however, I was required to buy another package to be able to use it for making letterhead, business cards, and social media graphics. Also, the options for making the social and print marketing materials were not what I expected. I am very disappointed and I wish I could get my money back. I have a logo that I won’t be able to use.

Job done!
I only used the entry level AI generated logos (nice price!), but they were a good selection and the editing process was good enough to adjust the fonts and layout. Best of all, you get vector PDF file and I got PSD for photoshop when asked - so there is a human there for great service!

Not impressed
Generic looking logos. Charge a lot so you can use a jpeg. Then you pay and they still try to upsell you then you realize you don’t even own the clip art you just bought for $60.
