Been waiting months now for my refund.

This American company is purely a scam.
Having to use a solicitor to get my money back

Horrible service , they kept increasing price and not responding. They now call me every week and pretend to be a different department. They have no problem lying at any point DO NOT USE

If we could write a review that is less than one star we would. The task was a simple on of transferring our old website to a new host with minor changes to verbiage. They guaranteed meeting the deadline of the end on March. It was not completed until almost the end of May—almost two months late. And then only because we had to badger them into action constantly. Making multiple mistakes all along the way. Costing us clients/business and delaying our activities. These are the least competent most unprofessional group you could find for web type work. They are over two months late on a simple website project, do not do as asked without multiple requests, must be bugged every day to do something, then regress in what they already did! DO NOT USE THEM!

This company is a scam. Do not trust them. They will lie to you. They are clearly running a scam on their customers. Stay away! I was helped by a Dwayne Lucas. If you are currently working with the company do not give them anymore money. They will keep extending deadlines to stall for time to collect more people to scam. Do not fall for this save your self the money.

They were able to get my design the way I wanted it. My only issue would be the return time if you want something fix takes a little long. Other than that I am satisfied.

Today I have informed the Police, interpol, UK cyber crimes unit, action fraud and the banking network about the scrupulous nature of this company and its sister company web-design lane.

Dwayne Lucas, Craig Alexander, Allen Stanley are the common names these employees use to entice willing individuals to believe this is a legitimate company.

We ( a UK veterans organization) paid for the design and delivery of a new website. Craig Alexander provided us with a copy of the Mr Rooter website claiming they have designed it for the multi-billion dollar international franchise consortium.

We believed the legitimacy of their examples and previous contracts and fell for the trick. We paid them just shy of £1k upfront. Up until that point the service was fantastic. As soon as we handed over the money that service stopped. We asked for a zoom conference call which we were promised at the point of sale from their sales representatives in the UK. We have since found out this is a lie.

we were sent a link to a zoom call and at the requested time we joined the call. We were met with a black screen and a man that spoke with a hispanic accent. We asked where he was based multiple times throughout the call before it got extremely weird. We asked again where are you based and why won't you reveal your face on the Zoom call. He stated that it was against company policy to reveal his face and became slightly aggressive and told us we would get a website in the coming days.

We then received what can only be described as a website that looked like it had been designed by a blind person. I mean it was insulting. I would have preferred at that point to be just laughed at for being scammed. But that was incredibly bold to show what can only be described as a disgrace.

The authorities have since made contact with Mr Rooter in the US and they have confirmed that their web development is dealt with in house and they do not sub-contract out this work. Therefore it solidified Logo Design Lane and Web Design Lane lied and are just a bunch of scam artists.

They then promised over 30 days ago to refund the desired funds. Needless to say that has not happened.

I have been informed that authorities in the US have identified other people who this has happened to and both authorities are building a case to find these individuals. It is only a matter of time.

If after reading the above you go forward and give this company money then you are a complete fool and will undoubtedly be on here in a few week stating the same thing has happened to you.

I can only assume these positive comments are again part of the illusion and have entered these to Trustpilot via willing supporters and accomplices.

I suppose it does also make you wonder how much due diligence Trustpilot conduct before aligning themselves with a company of fraudsters.

Looks like my review got token down. I have been waiting for over 2 months for my refund to come back. There 100% refund policy does not exists. During my initial interview with the salesperson he told me that during any time of the design process of our website if we didn’t like something we could cancel and get a refund. I gave them more than one shot to get it right and we’ll they didn’t. We went to get a refunds first it was 30days than 1 week after that and each time we email Dwight all I get is refund should why there shorty. Do not do business with them. Total scam.

I would give ZERO stars if I could!!! I contacted Logo Design Company to redesign my logo. The salesperson tried to upsell me to a higher cost package, but I explained that I already had the same package for $100.00 with a different company. The salesperson reduced the cost to $94.00. They emailed me a few logo designs and I choose 1 to have some design alterations. I then received a call saying that they just emailed me the new logo design and that it would be $222.00 for a patent. I was NEVER told of any additional costs. I specifically asked if this was the total cost and was told that it was…I paid the $222.00. 2 weeks later, I receive an email from Dwight Lucas stating that my patent application was approved and that I now need to pay ANOTHER $199.00 for filing. I complained to Dwight that I had already been told that the $222.00 and was told that was all I needed to pay. Dwight then stated that the $222.00 was for processing and the $199.00 was for filing, I told Dwight that I had looked up the costs for patent registration on the United States Patent and Trademark Office website and it was about $275.00 because I was a small entity. Dwight then told me that I COULD NOT register my patent without a lawyer (I spoke to a patent lawyer and they said that was not true, it was just EASIER with a lawyer). Since I am stuck in the middle and the 100% money back guarantee is a joke, I must give these SCAMMERS more of my money. They do not tell you all the costs associated even when asked directly and they lie.

I found Logo Design Lane online by accident after trying to get service from another company. That other company hadn't responded to my inquiries after a week of trying to get there attention. Logo Design Lane had a rep online and ready to chat. He (Wayne) guided me through the process and we were off to the races. Wayne was in fact not only the 1st person I contacted but he remained on the account as Project Manager until we finished the job. I'm very happy with our new logo and the related cost.

It always feels good when you have a pack of professionals. I hired a Logo Design Lane for my business’ branding. Be it website’s UI/UX and development or Animated Videos, I had a good and satisfying experience with their work. They were giving me update on a regular basis and asking me to review them if I require any changes from my end.
I appreciate their work and consultation.
