They say they will refund if you are not satisfied, but its a lie, they will not.

Their designs are really really weak. If you are looking for professional custom design, don't use it.

I didn't know what to expect going in, but the communication was excellent. Revisions were made with zero frustration and I did send back the designs NUMEROUS times. I would definitely recommend their logo services and can't wait to use some of the other services they provide since the logo design was hassle-free.

In terms of communication, it was excellent but it took too long to edit and change any part of the logo since they take 2-3 working days in every step. Not so creative logos but they were fairly good. I will definitely work again with them because customer service is strong.

I had the pleasure of working with David. Communication was excellent and there was always an immediate response. The logos they came up with were fantastic, from the information and design concepts I provided them with. We ended up going with a logo that I had designed, which they recreated and put in specific file types. From the very beginning to the end the service logogrand provided was A+.
