First order I've made was to see the quality and service. The whole process from ordering to production was easy and had notification about graphic look, modifications and final product. We are so happy with our jackets - we ordered two winter jackets with a large area of embroidery on the backs. They turned out beautifully. I was super suspicious of the quality I would received because the price quoted was literally half what any other custom logo & embroidery shop quoted me. The guys at LogoShirtsDirect actually called me to discuss my order, and promptly replied to every email I sent - a few times even after hours!
When my jackets were shipped they accidentally got routed to my office but the office is shut down so I asked them to send the package to my house and figured they'd get lost by UPS somewhere & delayed a week. Just a few hours later LogoShirtsDirect emailed me back updated tracking info with my box coming to my home without any delay at all!
The embroidery is flawless, the quality is superb, and the jackets are exactly the name brand products we chose, not knock-offs. The embroidery was amazing... absolutely perfect! But the quality of the NIKE shirt was poor. The shirts that were recommended by the customer service rep are very thin and not professional at all.
