Awful company. Logo looked like it was made by them free logo makers. I asked 2 weeks ago or so for a refund they ignored me! But until i emailed and bugged them on the chat they have processed a refund...

I used this company to produce a new logo for me , they had clear communication throughout with most queries resolved quickly. i also incorporated my company during this period and they were happy to amend the logo after it had been sent to me with the LTD.

One of the services that I have paid for is the maintenance of my website.

This company which is using now the name logosymmetry. was using before logojeeves.co.uk has stopped providing any maintenance services after 5 months.

These 5 months were a nightmare, I had to constantly remind the new "project managers" of things that have not been done, of things that should have been already done etc.

I should get my money back at least for the months ahead that I paid for.
I have contacted the person responsible for my project and voiced my grievances but to no avail.

Save your money and avoid headaches, do not contract the service of this company.
