I contracted this company in August of 2025 to finish my website which I started myself and couldn't complete due to lack of time. It was supposed to be a 2 week project. Frank Wood marketed the company to me and promised heaven on earth that they were versed in Wordpress and Elementor. All that was to be done was documented and they even marketed a free logo with it. Zane Joseph was assigned as the project manager and he tried to convince me to get a custom designed website from them which I declined in September. Since then he developed a cold feet in doing the work and became unreachable via phone. When I threatened that I needed to have the work done, or they refund my money, he delivered the free logo mid October and some crap work of website design in their staging area. When I looked it was worse than what I have in developement and I requested for my money back. I was told by Zane that someone in their compliance team will reach out to me the following day. That someone never reached out until I followed up 3 days after. He called and said my money will be refunded and till date I do not have my money. I tried getting my money back through Paypal and it was declined as they showed paypal my current site because "under development" wasn't turned on and whoever worked on the case from Paypal wasn't smart enough that you should be able to make a purchase from a claimed completed website as deliverable. Logovent needs to refund my money.

BUYERS BEWARE LOGOVENT ARE SCAMMERS! A FRAUD and DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY CLAIM they do.

I ordered 2 small logos from these guys on Nov 7th
and it is Christmas and I still have not seen anything but one trashy proof!

*WARNING* this is a SCAM!! I paid $150 for a Professional Logo Package. They created a beautiful design that I agreed to. They said that I had to pay an additional $175 for lawyer fees (why???) and $285 for copyrights for 3 years, $495 for 5 years and $799 for lifetime (no such thing as lifetime, longest is 120 years), or they would not release ANY files!! Make sure that you read the VERY FINE PRINT at the bottom of the page "Disclaimer - All the content that is the logo, pictures, portfolio, etc. solely belongs to Logo Vent. " AND there's more on their Disclaimer! It has an asterisk at 100% Ownership Rights. I had asked about it and they said it was a problem with the website (and they create websites!) and I would get 100% ownership rights. NOPE!! Go to a reputable, well known company. BTW - *IF you have OWNERSHIP rights you can file for copyright yourself at the government copyright office for $65. Depending on what you want it will last between 60-120 years, one time fee!! Good Luck if you still decide to order from them!!

Logo Vent is an excellent creative company. My team truly listened to my vision for the logo for my labels, resulting in a beautifully professional design.

Run away from this company. Terrible service. They now will not give me back access to my email that they set up and host which I've paid for 5 years of hosting. They have hung up on me when I ask for the liquid web hosting login so my new developer can help. Again, run away. This has been a huge mess.
