Exceptional compliance department
Although I initially had an unpleasant experience at first with logo verse, I must say the compliance department at the company is exceptional. Faith Beckinson from the compliance department was exceptional. She reached out to me after my initial review help resolve my concerns with my project, went beyond to rectify the problem. While the entire process was only four stars, Faith did an exceptional job. Thank you for listening.

LOGOVERSE: Rethink How Clients are Managed.
LOGOVERSE has been very helpful engineering my website and have been insightful on giving many options and ideas.
The undivided attention that the Project Manager Bryan Dodson gives his clients is invaluable. I would recommend LOGOVERSE to anyone needing assistance getting their website up and running .
*************************************************************
This above review was written on September 13, 2022 and present day is March 24, 2023. The website is currently not live and was paid to go live in November 2022. Website cost is over $7K
*************************************************************
What prompted this revised review was Bryan Dodson sending an email reminding me of the 5 star rating, read below to see why.
Reaching out to the project manager and expressing concerns about the website project with Logo Verse and Bryan Dodson. The negative experience and when given constructive suggestions on who and how my client is different than Bryan Dodson is used to dealing with, he did not manage the project well.
It's important to have open communication and transparency throughout a project, especially when it comes to budget and timeline. The insufficiency of Bryan Dodson, he did not give clear information about the costs of the project, and did not listen to concerns.
Being asked to leave a premature rating on Trust Pilot, which may have influenced my overall impression of my initial experience. It's important to take the time to evaluate a project fully before making a final assessment. As a project manager Bryan Dodson has this knowledge and should adhere to this.
I hope by sharing this experience with others through this review. It may serve as a cautionary tale for those considering working with Logo Verse and Bryan Dodson.
