Cassie, the owner, is warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. She creates a friendly, relaxing atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.
Roxi, who worked on my hair replacement system, was simply outstanding. Her skill and attention to detail were second to none, and she took the time to listen to my concerns, ensuring the final result exceeded my expectations. Throughout the process, she made me feel completely relaxed, explaining each step clearly and offering helpful aftercare advice.
The result? Absolutely fantastic! The quality and finish of the hair system are flawless, and it has given me such a confidence boost. It's clear that both Cassie and Roxi genuinely care about their clients and take immense pride in their work.
