Perhaps the best customer service I've ever encountered. Purchased a product but the size and color were not quite right. Reached out for process to replace and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and ease of the situation. I only have the highest regard for this company and will be talking about Lolekai whenever I can.

Lolekai has the best customer service!
The Lolekai customer service was about the best I have experienced with an online company. There was a mix up with the shipping address and they corrected it immediately so I didn’t have to wait long for the order to be sent to my correct address. Then I needed a return and they made that process easy and painless and went above and beyond to make things right with the order. The quality of the swim shirt I ordered is terrific and has a stylish look too. I’m grateful for the help and excellent customer care that I received!

Amazing customer service
The customer service team at Lolekai were absolutely amazing. Possibly the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Really quick, efficient responses to my emails providing great solutions for sending different sized pieces - and the rash guard and leggings I ordered are ideal for what I need, well made and really good designs.

I ordered a size too big- no problem - I reached out and they got me my right size Rashguards in time for my trip to the Big Island- I liked the material so much I ordered a swim bra! When you get a chance - make a more modest bottom suit and I am in!!!

Excellent service
I had ordered the wrong size after refreshing the page and messaged someone in customer service about the challenge. They answered back they changed the order within moments of me sending the email. Excellent service!

This company stands by great customer service. I had an exchange and they handled it immediately. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I would recommend them to anyone plus the products where nicely made and well priced.

No returns - do not purchase
I ordered a tankini from here, it took longer than the expected delivery to arrive. Once it did arrive I no longer needed it and the fit and quality were not on par with the price of the item. To return you have to email the company and request to start a refund - I emailed ten days ago and I have not heard anything back. I also called their customer support number but nobody picked up and I was charged for the call as it is a US number. Absolutely terrible, do not purchase from them.

I've now refunded your order in full and emailed you directly. And for what it's worth, we don't offer phone support — as per our website, we ask that support gets routed to our support email inbox where we have rapid response times.
