Do not order from this company!!! You will just be throwing your money away! The quality is terrible!

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered over 2 weeks ago, without reading reviews. Website says same day dispatch...I am still waiting!! They now won't talk to me and I have no products and no refund. Absolute crooks. I will be taking this further.

Bought a cardigan. Very inferior quality, apart from the colour looked nothing like the advertised product. They state they accept returns. I contacted them THE VERY NEXT DAY to let them know I wanted to return the item. I keep getting thank you for your patience replies and that they are dealing with this. This is going on 3 weeks now. Obviously no intention of doing ANYTHING.

Item arrived and was damaged (photo evidence was provided by myself). I emailed the company on April 19th 2026 to inform them of this and their response was that they would send out a replacement or process a refund, to which I requested a replacement. This has still not arrived. I have attempted to contact the company on a number of occasions and am yet to receive a response. This is incredibly frustrating as this item was a gift. I won’t be ordering from this company ever again!

I placed an order with them months ago. The money was taken from my account immediately but I received no confirmation email from them (so no way of tracking my order) which I thought was a bit odd at the time. Despite several emails exchanged between myself and the help desk (which I reckon now on reflection was AI) the items that I ordered still haven't arrived. I asked for my money back and now the company aren't responding to my emails at all.
An update- The items ordered finally arrived today. They are cheap looking and of poor quality as other reviewers have described. I really wouldn't waste your money.

I purchased a jacket from Lomiea as a birthday gift for my daughter and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
The jacket that arrived looked nothing like the product advertised online. The colour was completely different, the sizing was incorrect despite ordering an XS, and the quality was shockingly poor — cheap material that looked and felt nothing like the images shown on the website.
The website gave the impression the company was based in the Netherlands, however the item was clearly shipped from China, as shown on the packaging. I would never have ordered from this company had that been made clear at the time of purchase. I have also noticed the company address on the website has since changed, which raises further concerns about transparency and legitimacy.
Trying to obtain a refund has been a nightmare. Instead of a straightforward returns process, I was asked to provide photos, videos, and detailed explanations via email. After complying with every request and clearly demonstrating the item was misrepresented, the only offer made was a 25% refund to keep the jacket — completely unacceptable for an item that was not as described.
Since then, I have received nothing but repetitive, generic responses asking for “patience” while they are supposedly “dealing with it.” There is no proper customer service, no way to speak to a real person by phone, and no clear refund process despite their website stating customers are entitled to refunds under these circumstances.
I also have serious concerns regarding the authenticity of the company’s online presence. Many of the reviews and social media interactions appear highly questionable and do not reflect the experience I — and many others — appear to have had.
In my opinion, this company is highly misleading and should be avoided at all costs. I have now requested a chargeback through my credit card provider due to the clear misrepresentation of both the product and the company itself. I specifically checked before ordering because I did not want to purchase from a China-based seller, and the website stated the business was based in the Netherlands. This was clearly untrue.

OMG what a terrible scam I have spent nearly £300 on 3 outfits that look nothing like the photo. Also it looks like they are based in the UK or have a UK branch!
Quality is terrible!

Fake gear, really poor quality, then won't refund, just string you along saying they are dealing with it. Do not use at any cost.

The product is not how they presented! The fabric and the whole product is different from their presentation. It's a big lie.

Please, please don’t buy from here..! The products are very expensive and the quality of the material is very bad. When you want to return the product it says yes but then they don't accept. Don't waste your money, the products are totally different from the images

Scam bought online didn’t sent emailed to confirm purchases

The jacket matches the description and image, material was decent. But took a month to arrive, after which I realised it's too small, despite supposedly being a medium. No response to my email for a return address so unable to get my £60 refund.

I purchased 2 mens hoodies costing £60 for my son. When they arrived they were very poor quality and had threads comingg away at the seam. I contavcteed them they did emil saying to send pitures which I did. I emailed again as time went by and was told they were speaking to the courier. Now they re completely ignoring all messages. They had no intentions of resolving or refunding me.

it is a scam and ower needs to be arrested. Fake business. email and phone isn't connected. Bought a jacket which is basically a plastic bag in real life. Cannot get a response and am out of pocket. AVOID.

My son asked for a tracksuit from this company and I have to say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My original parcel never arrived and then the informed me the address wasnt correct and got another parcel sent, again they asked for my address and i provided it, yet again the parcel never arrived. I have emailed them today and their response is I didn't provide my address.

Jacket sent was completely the wrong size and cheaply made. Company claimed to be in The Netherlands but are actually based in China. They do not seem to want any clothes returned and when they did eventually provide me with a return address in China, the cost of the return was far more than sending back to Europe and I was also concerned that even if the jacket made it back to China, I would not get a refund. Company did eventually refund me 30% of the jacket cost and I kept the unwanted jacket (Having originally offered me a 10% refund). I would not recommend your company to anyone nor would I ever buy anything from them again.

Lomiea Fashion, Is a False Scam Shopping site, that advertise high end items at low prices... Then send very cheaply Chinese made very bad copies of the items shown in 4-5 weeks...
Therefore "Not As Described" , and will not refund!!

I ordered a jumper as part of my daughters 16th birthday present, I had a confirmation email then an email to say the jumper has been dispatched however I have not received the jumper. I have emailed the company twice and rang and left a voice mail message but have still not had a reply from Lomiea
