Rolstoel is van prima kwaliteit. Van begin tot eind super goed geregeld. Rolstoel een dag eerder en later bezorgen in hotel was geen probleem. Je wordt netjes op de hoogte gehouden van voortgang rolstoel vanaf bezorgen tot en met ophalen.

I called at 21:30 on a Saturday night for friends visiting me in London. My ultra-light wheelchair was delivered to my home by 08:30 ON SUNDAY MORNING!!!! Since we needed the chair to get them to the airport a week later, I changed the pickup from central London to Terminal 3 Heathrow. I was 2 minutes late to the agreed pick-up location and London Wheelchair rental was there waiting for me. I can't remember the last time any rental object was delivered so precisely!! Everyone was super helpful
ensuring I got the right type of wheelchair. No one moaned about the change in pick up location. Everyone sounded on the telephone like they actually like doing their job WELL. I can't thank London Wheelchair Rentals enough for turning our holiday disaster into a triumph!

I've hired a wheelchair for one week for my dad who visited London. Excellent service! Quick reply by phone after my query through their contact page. They delivered and collected to SE London and everything went smooth. Friendly service over the phone and delivery/collection. Recommended!

Because of a broken knee I had to find some one, who want to borrow me a wheelchair, then I was visiting London for a week. After some search on Google, I found this company.
I was not sure i could trust them because of the very old amateur website, but I décidé to give them a chance. So i wrote to them and asked about a wheelchair. 10 maybe 15 minuts after I send the mail, I got a phone call from them. We talk about the whellchair, and they helped me borrow one from them.
When I came to Heathrow Airport, there was a woman who was waiting for me in Terminal 3 with a Ultra light weight wheelchair. The wheelchair was in a very good condition, and easy to get around with. Thanks to them I had a great time in London. london-wheelchair-rental has been very helpfull and kind. So if you are considering to borrow a wheelchair from them, I say go for it. They helped me, so I'm sure they will help you to :)
