Terrible Terrible Terrible, Scam Fraud
Terrible, terrible terrible. Absolutely no customer service, took deposit and did not turn up at appointment. Cannot get through to anyone that can help! Call the number and the external reception service are no help at all, they cant even reach the "Practioner" and they said I need to contact the practitioner to get my deposit back! It's a total scam

Highly recommend
I have worked with The London Brow Company for many years, and absolutely love their products. They are UK based and have their own factory which is hard to come by these days.
Products are always very thought out and of high quality. They are always releasing new products to keep up with trends and industry guidelines.
Shipping is always fast and love the fact that you can call them if you have any issues - again something hard to come by these days in the digital world!

Amazing products and lovely, friendly customer service and support. High quality products make such a difference to client results and I love that London Brow is sustainable, vegan and cruelty free. Not only do the products give amazing results but the coconut and lime wax makes my whole treatment room smell incredible! My clients have also noticed the difference in the longevity of their lashes and brows after I started stocking the lash and brow serum. Can’t recommend enough!

London Brow is truly revolutionary – it’s been my go-to brand for the entire time I’ve worked with brows and lashes. Their Hybrid Brow dye is second to none: effective, gentle, and kind to the planet. I adore all their products, but I have a special love for the Aftercare Serums, Dr Mask, and their LVL shields. My brow room will forever smell of their iconic coconut & lime, and I honestly can’t imagine using anything else.
Their passion for helping the environment and protecting our planet is truly inspiring and really sets a standard that should be followed everywhere!
Beyond the products, their customer service is incredible – I genuinely feel like part of the London Brow family. As a young tech, the guidance, support, and welcome I’ve received has been more than I ever imagined. Truly a brand I’ll be loyal to for life! Adore you LBC <3

I ordered a mini wax heater, a clip on light & sealant pot for my sachets of lash lift products! All amazing! I have just launched my mobile beauty business & the wax heater is great, heats up in minutes and can charge in my car! Packaging was impressive, I love how trees are planted, and the info card tells you what to recycle and how. Definitely a new favourite brand!! Thank you

We’re sorry to read your review. When you first contacted us in May, we offered a full refund once the product was returned so we could investigate. The kit was not returned and later confirmed as being used since contacting us about your complaint (the kit had three treatment packs). This meant we were unable to carry out the necessary checks.
As the unused products and accessories were declined for return by you and used instead, we were unable to assist further in this case.
Our products are safely used by thousands of salons and customers worldwide, and no formulation issues have been identified. We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and remain committed to customer safety and support.
