Second time using this company for our drains and would really recommend them!
Ben came out to do a drain survey for us today - he was very helpful and we really appreciated his advice on what we can do next to address the possible causes of the problem we have and how to avoid being fobbed off by others!

Patio flood no visible manhole. Thames water came out twice, 2 other drainage experts failed to locate clear blockage and manhole cover and now £1500 down.
London Drains Direct gave me honest opinion up front , new gully , allows access to hydrojet, clear, cctv find manhole cover.
Gave me fixed cost and reasonable given that i would finally locate drainage runs. Cctv and wand technology identified location of manhole cover in groundfloor flat hallway, covered over with wooden flooring !
Finally situation resolved , and potential invalidation of insurance averted.

I wish to express my absolute satisfaction with your employee called Ben for my drainage problem I had. He was trustworthy and assess what was my best option of the blockage. His recommendation for the most expensive one of the root cutter was something I would not allow, if I found Ben only looking to get as much money as he can. I had absolute trust for his experience and recommendation, so I chose the expensive one. He is very experienced and detail conscious and calming for the stress I had with the block drainage. The waste pipe leading to from my kitchen sink had narrowed due to fat build up. This resulted in the sink draining drain slowly and water from the washing machine backing up into the sink as well as frequent blockages. I previously hired a different company to fix the issue but they were unable to. Ben from London Drains Direct however did an amazing job of clearing out the line all the way to the soil stack. The sink functions beautifully now, and I have not experienced any of my previous issues. Ben was friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend London Drains Direct!

This was a great service from my initial call regarding a blocked drain to the successful resolution of the problem. Danielle and Chelsea who took my calls were friendly and courteous and arranged an engineer for the following day. Matt the engineer was great. Solved the issue quickly and explained what had caused the problem. Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Contractor showed up on time, did a good job in descaling a re-lining an old cracked pipe and was helpful in suggesting pragmatic maintenance suggestions to preventing further leaks

Just completed a large commercial project for in city. Unfortunately we had a snag with basement shower and loo not draining.
Quick response. Ben came out and cleared blockage locally but was not happy overall.
So we lifted a few manholes, he then got pressure washer out and cleared the real problem
